Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, ensuite bath with soaking tub or kids’ bath, side table, and dressing table.

Bathroom 1: Marble and tile bath with shower head, separate hand held shower, and glass shower.
Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combination, glass door, rain shower head, and separate handheld shower.

Living Room:
Comfortable sofa, two upholstered swivel chairs, flat-screen TV, coffee table, marble top end tables.

Kitchen:

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!

    Property was perfect. Location was ideal- just one block from the heart of King Street, with parking right behind the unit. Everything in the space was well thought out such as outlets, hooks, amenities. Beds were very comfortable and unit was spotless. Overall, could not have asked for a better spot to stay for SEWE weekend!

    Amazing day in Charleston. This was our first visit. Saint Phillips Square apartment was our little home away from home and we never wanted to leave. We enjoyed it so much. Well equipped with everything you need. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The grounds were super clean and while taken care of. Jamie was super responsive. We loved every minute.

    Our Charleston stay was fantastic. The home is just as pictured. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and beautifully appointed. We slept in everyday we were there. The location is perfect for being right off King Street and near everything. We couldn’t have asked for a greater place to spend our pre-Xmas holiday. Thanks so much for an incredible stay.

    Tucked in a neighborhood behind busy King St this charming apartment was a gem! It was clean with incredibly comfortable beds and the porch was a terrific place to end the day. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. A perfect place to stay while visiting Charleston.

    We stayed at this property for a brief getaway during the Charleston Wine & Food Festival 2025. The location was fantastic -- close enough to all of the action on King St but still somewhat quiet and removed. The apartment was well appointed and clean with lots of historic charm.
