    We had a wonderful stay with family. House was close to beach, several local spots and a short drive to so many other eateries. Common area of house allowed us to gather together for breakfast, lunch and evening relaxing.

    The house was comfortable and certainly big enough for our group of 12. There was plenty of seating, which was a nice surprise. We did a lot of cooking for Thanksgiving day, so double ovens would have been nice, although I realize most people probably don’t cook much while on vacation. A couple of sets of measuring spoons and cups would be good to add to the kitchen because some were missing. The location was perfect and was within walking distance of restaurants. (The Sea Biscuit is a great place for breakfast!) We had family staying in the area and it was convenient to them as well. I would recommend it and stay there again on a return trip.

    House was clean and in a good location to local shops as well as restaurants and the beach, can walk easily. A fair amount of steps if you have people that have issues with stairs. Fairly easy drive to other sites,towns,expressways. The owner/manager responded immediately to all questioned we had. We had a great time!

    The house was nice, but needs some details attended to. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. The gas grill needs to be replaced. Needs more serving bowls. Very good location. Close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a nice house.

    House was everything that was advertised. I just wish that I had reached out to the host before the trip to ensure that he got at least 2 more till away beds on the property. We were on a 12 guy golf trip, so each guy needed their own mattress. One guy slept on the couch all week, and two younger brothers sleep in the king sized bed. It may sleep 15 if 8 of those adults are couples, but we weren’t! Other than that, the place was perfect……literally a1 minute walk to the ocean!!

    We had 13 people in our group and everyone enjoyed their stay. The space was clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The ice dispenser on the frig was stuck in crush mode. We wish we had a bit more refrigerator space for our groceries and beverages. The only complaints were one mattress in the twin room was worn out and several lights in the bathrooms were not working. The air conditioning was adequate for the October weather in Charleston. Would definitely recommend 6 10th Avenue.

    This property was great! The location was ideal, amenities were plenty, house was clean, and communication/responsiveness from property management was incredible. I will be booking another stay at this property!
