Located just beyond the start of the driveway, the path to the beach is lined with ancient oaks and palmettos and the short distance makes it easy for quick stops home for lunch, bathroom breaks, naps, or breaks from the sun.

The home is located on a secluded cul-de-sac within the beautiful Wild Dunes and offers complimentary access to the two oceanfront swimming pools located on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. A beach café, bar, ice cream shop and surf shop are all adjacent to the swimming pools on the Boardwalk. Three restaurants, the Harbor Golf Course, and the Sand and Sea Spa are all located within a short walk of Grand Pavilion 75. With this location, your beach vacation has never been easier!

You'll love the large covered front porch lined with rockers and a porch swing and the newly renovated sunroom overlooking the Seaside Green Park. Nestled under ancient oaks and palm trees, the sunroom features a bar area, dining space and comfortable lounge space with a TV and pull-out couch. The open floor plan and one-story layout is perfect for family time after a day at the beach!

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- There is a sleeper sofa on the enclosed porch.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this property.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

    Excellent location. Very close to all the Wild Dunes Resort amenities including the beach. Nice 250 credit for beach gear based on our length of stay. Close to many restaurants.

    Such a wonderful stay! Much needed downtime to recharge our internal batteries. The location here was ideal - both the beach and the tennis courts are just a short walk away. Wild Dunes also has a great bike path to explore the property on foot or bike. The house had all of the amenities that we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, and plenty of board games to enjoy! We hope to be back sometime next year!

    We had a fantastic time staying at this house. Our favorite parts were the front and back porches (loved the hammock) and the proximity to the beach. It was an easy walk with our 3 kids ages 10, 8, and 5. We had a slight problem at check in (we were able to check in two hours early which was fantastic). They texted us as soon as the house was ready. The code didn’t work to get in but I was immediately able to get a hold of someone and they came and fixed it within 10 minutes. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the green space behind the house and the kids met some neighbor kids and played soccer and tag back there. One of the grand pavilion pools was under construction so we weren’t able to us that one. The other one was small and very cold. You can not use the resort style pool at the sea grass hotel unless you rent through wild dunes which was a bummer. Even without a usable pool we had a fantastic week and loved the proximity to Charleston and all the fun things to do in the area. We would rent this house again. A couple suggestions for the kitchen would be a flashlight, lighter and some plastic containers with lids. Otherwise they had everything we needed.

    Walk to beach or pool. Biking great fun. Pickle ball court within short distance. Place was large enough to accommodate all the family of 6 with lots of space to relax with front and back porches. Fun time.

    Overall, this property was great! The kitchen was well-stocked, and we enjoyed the kids toys and games! The beds were also very comfortable! The only thing missing is a grill! Also, the porch swing needs repaired, as the screw didn’t seem to be holding up one of the sides, so we didn’t let our 4 year-old swing after we noticed it. Thank you for a lovely stay overall!
