This wonderful four bedroom home (sleeps eight) has been completely renovated, and is easily one of the best beach retreats in the exclusive Wild Dunes community. Gorgeous tile bathrooms and a professionally designed interior with warm beach colors are just two of the amenities that will exceed your expectations for an ideal beach retreat. Step inside and you will be delighted to find a well-appointed home, a renovated kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, a bonus family room and a cheerful master king bedroom.

Beach access is easy at 73 Grand Pavilion. Located in the core of Wild Dunes, a paved sidewalk is located just behind the home leading your family down to the beach. Within two minutes, you will be walking through the sea grass covered dunes leading you to a terrific sandy beach. Another 25 yards just down the beach you will discover the Boardwalk at the Grand Pavilion that features two oceanfront swimming pools, a beach café, beach bar, ice cream shop, beach shop, and live entertainment during prime seasons. The Boardwalk at the Grand Pavilion is a fantastic oasis and lots of fun.
73 Grand Pavilion is in the perfect location and just a few minute walk away from the Harbor Golf Course Pro Shop, shopping, an outdoor basketball court, children’s playground and several restaurants.

*Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

*Parking Details:*
- Parking for 3 cars. All cars must be in the driveway or garage.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

    House was in great shape. Love the fact that it had 4 bedrooms with en-suite baths. Easy walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

    Excellent location and well appointed house and kitchen. Short walk to beach and pools without crossing a road. First level is a little challenging to keep cool and dryer door was having difficulty closing but all in all a great house and having 4 full bath is a great aspect of house. All the beds were very comfortable.

    What a wonderful time we had. The home was exactly as described. The house was very clean and comfortable. The mattresses were very comfortable. The beach was close by. The neighborhood was wonderful. Very friendly helpful people. Loved being able to pull into the garage that held our 2 vehicles easily. Our family does yearly trips and this one was very hard to say goodbye. We hope to come again. We would definitely stay here again.

    Tired property, not at all as described or inline with the pictures. It may have been nice once, but the maintenance has clearly been overlooked. The dryer was not functional. They called a repair man who fixed the godawful noise the machine made, but he told us not to use it after the repair, until the owner had the vent cleaned as it was a fire risk. Staying for a week with three children, without being able to wash bathing suits, beach towel or even bath towels was a nightmare. The trim was falling off the windows, the master bathroom facet leaked, covering the counter with water when it was turned on. The bed sheets were torn. Just a disappointment. We tried to spend as little time in the home as possible and the owner/rental company had absolutely no desire to help. In any way. Look elsewhere if you wa g to stay in the area.

    My family (husband, adult son, adult daughter & son-in-law their 2 year old toddler) spent a week at 73 Grand Pavillion. Property was beautiful. Perfect for our family. Every bedroom had a separate on-suite bath. We really enjoyed the 2nd floor screen porch. Location was great - just a quick walk to the beach or the pool.

    73 GP is a fabulous home! A very sort walk to the beach, the inn and the shops and restaurants. It’s nicely decorated and very clean. We loved sitting on the porches in the morning and evenings, smell of lilac was intoxicating. Highly recommend this property!

    An opportunity to be together for an entire week and it did not disappoint. The house was perfect for our needs. The location was ideal with just a short walk to the beach and pool. The weather was just what you’d expect in South Carolina in July. Every day was sunny and hot. Made some wonderful memories!

    Great location-house was very well decorated and very clean. Super location for beach. Didn’t get to pool. But walked by and it was wall to wall people.
