Guest Access & Parking
Guests have private use of the entire home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry, and outdoor pool/deck. Parking accommodates up to 6 vehicles. Elevator access is available for convenience.

Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.

✧ Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
✧ You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $1,500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

We are happy to host you for your stay with us! Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay:
1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

    The house was the perfect spot for our family reunion! Beautifully decorated and comfortable for 16 people - 12 adults and 4 kids. The patio area with the pool and large kitchen are ideal spots for relaxing with family. The management team was very responsive when we needed help with heating the pool and fixed the issue promptly. The location of the house is wonderful for both visiting the beach, walking to restaurants in town, and an easy drive to Charleston and Sullivan's Island. I would definitely recommend!

    Wonderful property. Looked brand new-beautiful, well maintained. They partnered with a golf cart company, equipments company, groceries, etc so if you ordered any of this, was at the home when you arrived. Great service. An elevator was really handy with luggage. 2 dishwashers. Our entire family loved it.

    Our family had a wonderful weeklong vacation at this very lovely and immaculate property. The six bedrooms and six baths were a very nice feature. Many happy hours while the kids were in the swimming pool and grown-ups lounging in the seated area. Would definitely come back.

    This house is fabulous for a group. There were 9 of us. Excellent outdoor space by the pool, some in sun, but shaded areas, too.Six lovely bedrooms. A huge kitchen and large living room for movie nights.One surprise bonus was the pickle ball in the garage. It's a bit of a hike to the beach so we never took the rented kayak up there.We had a great week. Highly recommend this house.

    I don’t even know where to begin! This house was incredible. Not only was the decor and layout perfect, but it was impeccably clean and comfortable. They really thought of everything. We had a group of 9 women and had plenty of room for everyone. I would highly recommend if you want to stay in the Isle of Palms area.

    We stayed here for a week. We loved the layout of the house. The pool was the perfect size for our group with easy access to a bathroom from outside. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom besides two rooms upstairs that shared a bathroom. We were there during a tropical storm. The backyard grass was pretty long which was tough for our little dog but we made it work. My only real issue is they undersold how stocked the house was. We were sent links for beach equipment rental and towel rentals. We ended up bringing our own pool/beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and we rented a bike and beach shade, but we didn’t need to bc the house had all of those things including a cart. We only got to go to the beach a few times because of the rain but it is an easy stroll from the house. It is one of the better beach access points on IOP bc there isn’t much parking near it, so it is less crowded than the others. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We had a question about the outdoor TV and they answered almost immediately. We will definitely rent again!
