To the left is a dining room, card and game area with built in cabinets and lots of space. All rooms open onto a huge half moon deck overlooking South Beach with unobstructed views.

Downstairs, you will find 4 large bedrooms, and 2nd living area/flex area possible 5th bedroom and a wrap around covered porch. The Master suite will spoil you and features a King bed, custom built in closet, and huge master bath with glass walk in shower and tile. The other 2 guest rooms feature a Queen Bed and a King bed. The garage offers lots of storage with one four passenger golf cart and one six passenger, boogie boards and beach chairs. There is a BHI golf access Club available, and a Shoals Club available at an extra fee.
