Guest Access & Parking
Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry, pool, and balconies. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. The elevator provides handicap-accessible access from the garage to all three floors, making the home easy to navigate.

Heated Pool - No Additional Charge - In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 15 - 20 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.

Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.

✧ Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $1,000.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

We are happy to host you for your stay with us! Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay:
1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

    House was beautiful, clean and centrally located. Very short walk to the beach which was ideal for the grandkids, Also short walk to gift shops, restaurants and ice cream/smoothie store. Would highly recommend this property.

    Can’t beat this location and property! We spent a week enjoying 915 Ocean Blvd. Perfect proximity to the town area/restaurants/bars, and the beach. The house is in excellent shape with amazing amenities, furniture and plenty of private space for large families or multiple couples. The pool was the highlight of the week after a hot day at the beach. We had two very minor issues during the week and after texting the manager, both were resolved immediately. Highly recommend the property and managers.

    We loved this house for our parents, 5 adult kids and significant others plus grandkids. This home is well equipped with everything you will need. Great pool area plus very close to the beach and downtown IOP restaurants. Would definitely stay here again should we come back to the area.

    The house is nicely decorated and accommodating. This may sound like nitpicking, but I’ve never stayed in a hotel or a VRBO that had synthetic sheets on all the beds. Plus a waterproof (I.e, plastic) mattress cover. And when some of us went for showers prior to checkout, there was no hot water?

    Property managers were professional and responsive. House was amazing. Felts brand new with lots of room. Although it was second row, the upper floors had a nice ocean view. Every bedroom had a balcony/porch. We loved being so close to ice cream shops and restaurants. You are one block from the Windjammer, so we had several free concerts?
