5bdr + Kids Game Room, Walk to Beach, Hot Tub!

Close to the beach with an awesome backyard for the kids to run around. There was a couple of nice restaurants about a 10 minute walk and the beach was also just 10 minutes away.

Our family had a great vacation here! Good communication with host .Very close to everything dog/kid park, beach, fun food options, & shopping. Quiet neighborhood.So much fun with old school video arcade game, ping pong, lots of board games, puzzles, reading material.Big bubbling clean hot tub, and fire pit. Plenty of comfortable beds for the whole family, all the amenities for cooking in the kitchen, bikes, beach chairs, boards, & towels.

This residence is in a great location. Walking distance from the ocean. An easy bike ride to Capitola. Great back yard. Though we only had a family of four the house has the capacity to easy hold a lot more. The only advice I have for the owner is there are some easy fixes to make the house appearance better. (Fix small holes in doors, and the toilet paper holder in both bathrooms.). But overall a great experience.

My family and some friends were traveling from up north to Santa Cruz for the weekend as we were going to run a 5K for Mother’s Day. When we got to the house, not only did it meet the expectations but actually it exceeded them as the home is very spacious and had plenty of additional bedding and cushions for our large families. we were only blocks away from the beach and to our surprise there was surfboards and wetsuits and bikes and sand toys and everything you could possibly need in the garage and we utilize that to the fullest and went surfing and had the time of our life. The property was clean and had wonderful accommodations for towels and games, etc. We can’t wait to go back and we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for the awesome two night stay!

The house was great for what we wanted. We wanted a beach friendly house that would accommodate a getaway for ourselves, our grown kids and grandchildren with family friendly amenities. The house did not dissappoint. Plenty of room, lots of games, a great backyard - walking distance to Pleasure Point and a playground around the corner that our grandkids loved. Quiet neighborhood. Overall the house was exactly as described and we had no issues during our stay.

Check in was simple. House was clean. Space was adequate. Hot tub was relaxing. Manager was responsive. Location was great. Would stay here again. Would be nice to have an electric griddle in the kitchen. Otherwise we had everything we needed for a wonderful time in SC.

Our family met together from SoCal and Reno foe Spring break. We had a wonderful stay together at the Santa Cruz house. Great location, with walking dostance to beach, surf watching, shops and stores. Great communicatiom with host. We would gladly stay again.

Great for families with young kids. Hot tub and dog friendly was a plus!

My family of 7 and 2 dogs had the opportunity to stay at this perfect home. The listing says it all, from the spacious well appointed home with a large fenced yard for the dogs,and above all location location location. Quick walk to the beach,park right around the corner,all kinds of shopping as close as a mile away everything we needed.Oh yes cant forget about the hottub too.I did give a slightly lower grade for communication as I never received the usual welcome letter explaining the property,address,how to use things,owners info in case needed, thay type of info which was a bit concerning. However once we got there there was a very complete book left on the table with much of the info we needed.All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely go back again.

This was a great place for our families to stay. Lots of room, very clean and so much to do for the kids. The entire family sat around the fire pit our last night. Thank you.

Very clean and well maintained property, even while occupying the location. A strong wind occurred overnight and we left the spa cover off. The next morning we discovered a lot of debris fell into it and was not in any condition to be used. However, we left to grab lunch, and when we checked the spa again, it was all clear and cleaned up! Was very happy to once again use the spa. A++
