Stayed Nov 27, 2024We'd received info about how to work the HVAC systems, but downstairs was off, with do not touch signs. After a few slow back-and-forths (it was Thanksgiving eve, in fairness) and our quick late-night trip to a convenience store for batteries, we were back in business and everything was great for the rest of our stay. Everything was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a full kitchen.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024Unsure what you mean. I went by the book and did what checkout said. Got all towels up, all dishes done. I didn't strip the beds or clean, but I think I paid a cleaning fee. I'm sorry you're upset.
