This first-time vacation rental home has so much to offer your family, including bedding for 8 guests! 5 Grand Pavilion has an updated master bathroom plus fresh and gorgeous hardwood floors. Ocean views are featured on the rooftop deck and master bedroom sunroom. Best yet, 5 Grand Pavilion is in the very heart of Wild Dunes. The Village at Wild Dunes, Boardwalk Inn, Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, several restaurants, Sand and Sea Spa and shopping are all within two blocks walk of 5 Grand Pavilion.

The floor plan of 5 Grand Pavilion is truly unique. The lower level features an open floor plan with a spacious living room, dining area and kitchen with updated appliances, as well as a veranda the runs nearly the length of the house. The first floor also has one of two master bedrooms with a king bed, an ensuite bath and an attached sunroom with a twin bed and sitting area. The second level features the second master bedroom, also with a king bed, ensuite bath and sunroom with a queen bed. The third bedroom, also on the second level, has two sections with a passage and bath connecting them. One section has a double bed and the other has two twin over double bunkbeds.

As a guest in the Grand Pavilion, your family will have complimentary access to the oceanfront Grand Pavilion pools as well as the Boardwalk that has an ice cream shop, beach store, beach bar and grill.

5 Grand Pavilion is one of the largest three-bedroom homes in Wild Dunes with 2,800 square feet! It is ideal for two families with children!

*Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

*Parking Details:*
- There are 3 parking spaces available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 5 and our kiddos 2 friends. Walk to the beach is literally less than 5 mins and can access the beach walkway through the back door. We rented chairs and bikes which was needed. The kitchen is newly renovated and beautiful. Open concept on main level with main bedroom. Main bedroom has an on suite with twin bed which is perfect for a little one. Two bedrooms upstairs with lots of places to sleep and spread out. The TV in the main bedroom wasn’t working properly but it wasn’t an issue for us. Highly recommend and will stay again. Hoping for warmer weather next time!

    Would gladly speak to anyone looking to stay here - Rob Franek - 980-253-0265....too many things to list here. Can promise you though that the downstairs will be 80 degrees the entire trip. HVAC people came out and kept lying and saying that everything was fine when it wasn't. Had to all sleep upstairs the last 4 nights and couldn't hang out in the living room or use the kitchen as it was just too hot

    We had a great vacation! The location is great! The house is close to the beach and the hotel (the hotel has a fitness center and spa). The house had new furniture and was very clean. We would stay there again!

    Beautiful home in the Wild Dunes are in Isle of Palms. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Disappointed they didn’t provide a hair dryer bc we didn’t realize that until getting ready for our daughters graduation, but they provided two the next day. Also, there wasn’t enough toiletries and other essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, or detergent (things that are usually provided to make even one day before heading to the store). I think they should also provide beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We purchased beach towels and rented chairs, umbrellas and bikes through another company. One last important thing to note, is there are a lot of stairs in this home, so if you have somebody in your family who is not physically healthy this is not the home for you. Again, it is a beautiful home in a great area with tons of beds for large families; we enjoyed our time spent there a lot.

    The house was awesome! The pictures don’t do it justice with how nice and big all of the rooms are. Beds were comfortable and the porches were lovely. Very short walk to the beach and pools.

    We had a great experience with this property. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our toddler. The layout of the house made it easy for her to take naps without having to shut down the whole house. This is the perfect spot for families!

    This house was a perfect place for a family getaway. Layout was perfect with lots of space and spaces for both kids and adults. Kids room was great, bathrooms were beautiful and outdoor spaces were perfect for lounging. Would definitely stay here on future trips.

    Our trip to the beach was great, the property was as described and the Management company was extremely easy to deal with. It is a 5 star property and would heavily recommend to anyone considering going to Isle of Palms - Great Place!!

    The house was the perfect property for our family. Right in the center of it all and close to everything. Tons of garage space for all of our beach gear. Outdoor shower is a must!! It would have been nice to have a bigger dining room table so we could all fit around it but we made it work. I would absolutely rent this property again.

    House was perfect and clean. Cooked all meals this time due to virus. Needed a larger table but otherwise great kitchen space. Just a short walk to the beach. Would be nice to have a grill on property but we brought our own. Would like to rent this property again!
