Guest Access & Parking
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, decks, screened porch, and pool. Parking accommodates up to 6 vehicles. Elevator access provides convenience for luggage or groceries. Beach gear credit is included for guest stays of 3–21 nights.

Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels, and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc., but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.

✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $1,000.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

    Beautiful home, with a great location close to the beach. The kitchen was excellent . And the beds were extremely comfortable. The elevator was a huge help for our older family members .

    We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Isle of Palms! The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy sunrise walks and peaceful afternoons by the ocean. The house itself was spotless, super spacious and full of natural light, with a cozy yet airy feel that immediately made us feel right at home. Beautiful pool in the back. We loved how quiet and relaxing it was, the perfect off-season retreat. Everything was well cared for and thoughtfully set up, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. It was the kind of place where you could truly unwind and enjoy the simple beauty of being by the water. We’re so grateful for our time here and will be happily returning again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious, sunlit and welcoming beach getaway! Amazing!

    This property was simply amazing! Incredibly well thought out - plenty of open space, stylish furniture, appliances are all high end- we wanted for nothing! And you simply cannot beat the location - easy walk to the beach and quick drive to fun restaurants - a perfect getaway for a group of friends or family

    We visited with family to celebrate my daughters engagement....house worked perfectly for our family and friends. Convenient location and the manager was responsive to a few of our questions. A small note, the home next door is under construction...luckily no work was occurring during our stay.

    What a week. Great house. Easy walk to a lovely beach. All aspects of online description were spot on. We had a slight hiccup with the grill and with a quick response from IOP Escapes we were soon grilling. My family and I had a wonderful time. We give IOP Escapes and Beach Dream our 5 star recommendation

    Wonderful stay in this brand new beach home that is gorgeous inside and out. Beautiful decor, incredible chef's kitchen, and we really enjoyed the pool and very large covered bar area with two TV's and ample seating. Super close to the beach and around the corner from the IOP community rec center with basketball, pickleball and tennis. Amy and the management company were fantastic and attentive to everything we needed. We would definitely book this home again.

    We loved this amazing home, which has everything a luxury vacation calls for - beautifully furnished, outstanding kitchen, incredible outdoor living space including a big heated pool and large covered area with a bar for entertaining. 3 min walk to the beach with access at either 26th or 27th. A block from the rec center with indoor basketball, tennis and pickleball. We will book again!

    The house is great! It’s spacious, clean and the kitchen is amazing. The screened porch and pool areas were very nice and made our outdoor time very enjoyable. I would definitely rent this house again.
