We bought this house so that we could enjoy family vacations with our large family.
This 4700 square foot home sits on a half acre of property. It is up on a hill and has amazing views of the surrounding mountains and lake. At night there is a clear view of the lights on the ski slope at Wolf Mountain.

Stayed Sep 30, 20234 of us stayed at this residence and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, great views, and access to hiking trails. Having a kitchen instead of eating take out eveynight is a blessing. Same goes for the washer and dryer.

Stayed Jan 27, 2023We had great stay, beds and sheets were comfortable which a huge bonus for us and beats a hotel any day. Communication with the owner was great, we had some small problems due to winter weather but he was quick to get back to us and take care of the problems.

Stayed Mar 27, 2021The house was spacious with plenty of room for our 11 person family. There were 3 levels that provided plenty of space for the kids to play and study. The Ping Pong table in the basement provided many hours of enjoyment. The neighborhood was fantastic with a wonderful view of Pineview Resevoir. We loved watching the sunsets from the large balcony and viewing Eden city lights once the sun went down. We spent many hours outdoors around the house and at the lake. The owner was friendly, easy to get ahold of, and very accommodating.
