Stayed Aug 2, 2025Fantastic property with a great outdoor space. The location is prime with easy access to all of the best in P Town. The photographs and description are accurate. All of the listed amenities were present and worked. The owner Tim is very friendly and easy to reach. I highly recommend this property. My friends and I plan to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025Tim is an amazing host! The property was perfectly setup to accommodate 9 of us! The location is perfect! Short walk to Main Street to grab a coffee, go to tea or whatever! House is just amazing, wake up in the morning, make your coffee and sit out on the patio to read a book or just soak up the sun! Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and an amazing bar setup too!Bedrooms have great air con units and TVs with their own appleTV’s and just everything you need.Tim is communicative throughout and helpful! Can’t say enough great things! Book here if you have a large group!

Stayed Aug 6, 2022We had a very good stay. Location is great and the patio and outdoor space at the house is terrific. The house is a well kept. Smaller than one might think for 5 BRs but totally liveable. Although it seems like there are a lot of house rules, It was really no big deal and the owner and manager were very responsive. The house has a few quirks. 2 toilets for 5 bedrooms is not ideal and it’s odd that there is no freezer in the kitchen. Having to go outside to get your ice cream etc is odd. Still, overall a really nice stay.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022This was an excellent location for our group of friends. It was many of our first time to Ptown, so being centrally located was nice. The outdoor space is wonderful. Lots of room to spread out grill.

Stayed Jul 24, 2021Our stay was awesome. The house was perfect for our group of 8 + 2 infants + 2 dogs. The outdoor patio is stunning, and the house has everything you need for a week+ stay. The location is fantastic as well, just a 2-minute walk to Commercial, and a very short drive to the grocery store. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Stayed Jun 24, 2021This property was excellent. It fit our group of friends comfortably, it was extremely clean, the grounds are lovely, and the location was so close to Commercial street but still very private. Tim is an easy, accomodating, and gracious host. We loved it here! Would rent again.

Stayed Oct 11, 2020My wife and I rented this property to take our family away, the home is impeccably clean, so easy to check in, everything you need is within walking distance. The house is big enough that everyone had their own rooms and space and everything you would need is supplied at the home. We absolutely loved our stay and Tim the owner was so friendly easy to contact and just an absolute pleasure to communicate with.
