5 bed 4.5 bath Big Home on Main River-Amazing Views-Heated Pool-Fire Pit-Kayaks

It was the perfect place to completely relax for a week and that’s just what we did. We swam every day. The pool was big enough to really swim in and it was warm. Loved watching the river and the wildlife. A real kick back experience.

Wonderful property to enjoy time with a large group. We celebrated milestone birthdays for our boys, 13, 16, 18 on the stay. Shout out to Mimi's bakehouse for the delicious custom birthday cake. This place is so spacious and well stocked with everything you need. The ice machine is brilliant! Loved the air fryer! We rented a pontoon for the stay, it was so convenient to dock it at the house. We enjoyed the kayaks and were able to see manatees in King's bay. I liked the covered entryway to the house, it made it easy to load and unload our cars.

The property was large, had multiple rooms with adjoining bathrooms, amazing heated pool, pool towels provided, great fire pit and small game room for the kids. Beds are firms (I prefer softer but they were all clean and freshly made).

IT WAS AN IDEAL LOCATION FOR US. NOT FAR FROM THE TOWN AND WITH A GREAT VIEW OF THE RIVER.WE WISH WE COULD TAKE THE POOL HOME. IT WAS SUCH A TREAT TO JUST WALK IN.THE KITCHEN WAS THE MOST AMPLY SUPPLIED KITCHEN WE HAVE RENTED AND EVERYTHING WORKED!WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR MONTHS STAY THERE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME.

Cleanliness, pool was great ,we muched enjoy river front seating area ! CHRIS, is a wonderful host and qick to respond.

Once again, we were so pleased by our stay at Crystal River, The waterfront house was simply perfect located on the beauitful Crystal River. We even saw manatees from our dock! The owner, Chris was always available to answer any questions and made sure we were always comfortable. We felt so well taken care of.

This is our second time here, it will not be our last. We have been coming to the area with friends for about 12 years and have stayed at numerous vrbo houses. Everyone said this was the best house so far. 4.5 bathrooms when you have a big group is priceless. The view out back is so beautiful it is hard to describe. It was cool enough to enjoy the firepit and the heated pool at the end of a long day was throughly enjoyed. Dolohins and manatees spotted from the dock, fishing in the backyard, and the list goes on. I give this home 6 stars out of 5!!

Beautiful large home that was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. Having a heated pool was perfect for our stay and the view was stunning.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this house. We had plenty of space and enjoyed being on the River. We were able to rent a boat for the weekend and tie up right at the dock. We enjoyed the grill and the fire pit each night. We say many manatees and even a couple of gators on the River. The kitchen is very well stocked. I have already suggested this house to one of my coworkers! We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful with such a wonderful river setting. Big open floor plan, perfect for family gathering. From the main area of the house you could see the pool and on out to the river.The host Chris was very attentive with answering questions prior to our arrival and answered a call we had to make to him after arriving, willingly helping to resolve a small problem quickly. The kayaks could use some attention, we were able to use them but we had to clean them up and they had no seats in them anymore, also the paddle board takes on water.

We love this property!we will be back!

Perfection! Super clean and great location. Pool was amazing as was simply everything! We are already looking at rebooking. My favorite VRBO stay ever. Everything was beyond our hopes. It really doesn’t get any better than this.

The stay at this property for a second time was even better! Although our weather was very disappointing our stay here was amazing! The home has so much room and many opportunities to distract from implementing weather. We will definitely stay here again!

The view and back patio/ boat docks were the highlight of this house and everything we hoped for!! The house was also stocked and maintained very well. Beds were comfortable, linens were good quality and the industrial sized ice machine was an added bonus and necessity!! Highly recommend and would stay here again!!

Excellent location, tons of room

This property had TONS of space inside, nice open area which was perfect for our large extended family. The kids lived in the pool for the 4 days we were there! The location is perfect making it easy to just jump on our boat and head out for the day. We will definitely stay at Manatee Manor again! Thanks Chris!

The house was great. The house is perfect for a large group with plenty of living, sleeping and outdoor space. The outdoor living is perfect with the pool and crystal river in your backyard. Chris, the host, is responsive and easy to work with. The location is also ideal. I highly recommend this home

I can’t say enough good things about this location. From the warm, friendly communication with the property owner, to the spectacular views, to a very well stocked house, this vacation far exceeded our expectations for our scalloping trip. With a boat ramp nearby and a close proximity to exiting the channel out to the grounds, this is a great place to stay with your boat. Perfect location with amazing views. The space allows for privacy when sleeping but has the most accommodating common spaces for families to gather and spend time. Our family's and grandchildren had a blast being able to be under one roof. Highly recommend for larger families.

We had a fantastic stay! Location was perfect for accessing the gulf, springs, and restaurants by boat. The kids loved the pool and water toys and the accommodations were just as described. Highly recommend!

Large open spaces, several room and bathroom options. Screened in pool area, grill, and firepit made for a great outdoor experience on the water. Close to town to grab anything you need.

Chris was a great host. Communication was easy. House is spacious and very clean. Pool and amenities are fabulous. My only suggestion is to consider putting a more permanent door to the bunk room The screen provided did create privacy but doesn't block any sounds of the home into that space. Loved staying in the home.

This is our second stay at this home. We all found the stay very relaxing. The kids enjoyed the heated pool every day. Always something to do: fishing off dock, catching blue crabs, kayaks (life jackets too) were a plus, relaxing evening around the bon fire. Chris our host was wonderful.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Crystal River is a wonderful get away for a quiet and relaxing trip. We have stayed with this owner before and he always makes you feel at home, we prefer his properties because of his hospitality and attention to comfort for guests. Things have changed a little from the photos, likely due to storm damage last year and the foutons are no longer there but we had just enough beds for our group. The privacy screen for the bunk room was also perfect. The heated pool was fantastic and the kids loved how deep it was, it was great for their cannonball tricks. The kids also enjoyed crabbing and fishing from the docks as well as the games in the game room/garage.

We had been to the Beach and were heading north... but wanted to spend a few more days in Florida. Found Manatee Manor and loved it!!! There were only 3 of us and this home is HUGE!!! Could easily accommodate a large family or group! The neighborhood was quiet and nice, the view over the river was Amazing and the Pool was PERFECT!!! The home has everything you might need for a short or extended stay. It is conveniently located near Three Sisters Springs which we LOVED and would recommend. We have also been to Homosassa Springs and would recommend that as well! This is a Beautiful Home, Great Quiet Location and definitely recommend!!

The house had everything we needed and more, the host was super responsive. Had a great trip! Especially grateful for the screen around the pool making swimming possible on particularly buggy evenings.

We are very familiar with the Crystal River area.The house and furnishing were perfect for our 6 party group with space and accommodations for more if we needed.The location on Crystal River made for beautiful sunrises.We will definitely return for a visit in the future.

Each January we travel to Crystal River with a group of 14 women to swim with the Florida manatees. Its a high energy week and finding the right place to call home is really important. The waterfront house on Watersedge Dr is absolutely perfect for large groups. The shared living space is ideal for a group with plenty of comfy chairs and couches with a huge TV set. The rooms are all so well appointed and the kitchen is so easy to navigate. Sunrises are stunning over the water and the backyard is complete with a dock, kayaks, grilling station, lounge chairs and a fire pit.Our host, Chris was always available to answer questions before our arrival and during the trip. It is without hesitation that I recommend this beautiful spacious home for your next family gathering.

Had an absolute blast at this home! Our highlights were definitely the pool, kayaking with dolphins and manatees, fishing, and just relaxing by the fire pit. House was well furnished (way more than what we were expecting) and the host was amazing with communication and answering any questions we had.

This was a great house for our family Christmas. We needed a place where all family members could stay, and this house had more than enough room for all of us. We cooked, baked and played games. There was room for all of us to sit and watch tv at night in the comfortable recliner sofas.

Perfect home for our Family. Newly renovated home that had everything we needed. Very well laid out home for all of our guest. We enjoyed the heated pool and patio. We were also able to relax by the firepit with our entire family. The dock worked great for us to use our boat and enjoyed exploring and seeing the manatees. We were able to watch the Christmas boat parade from the back patio. The host was very informative and answered all of our questions.I would highly recommend staying here!

The place was beautiful. Enjoyed being on 1 level. Had everything we needed. The girls could not stop commenting on how nice it was. Had fun with kayaks. We all want to come back again.

The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. It is exactly what you see in the pictures, which is not always the case with some homes on here. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return with the family again next year.

The house was perfect for our short stay in crystal river. Our scallop and fishing guides were able to pick us up right at the house dock each day. if your planning a fishing/scalloping trip to Crystal river this house is great.

Amazing home with an amazing view. Plenty of room for our large group. Super convenient to boat ramp and grocery shopping. Owner and property manager very attentive and accommodating during our recent stay when Hurricane Debby made a brief visit. Love this home!
