5 32nd Avenue, is the ideal heading to lead you to the perfect beach vacation on the Isle of Palms at 5 on 32nd Avenue. This beautiful home is modeled in a nautical theme, straight from a 1920’s racing sailing schooner. Heart of Pine floors, white wainscoting, shiplap, and dark natural woods are featured throughout this five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath beach house that is ideally located to have you on the beach in minutes. Best yet, every bedroom has direct access to one of several decks featured in the front and back of the home so that everyone can enjoy the fresh sea wind or the sound of crashing waves. Even the private swimming pool is special featuring a sun ledge within the pool and three unique water features. The sun ledge allows you to set up your beach chair right in the pool! A perfect vacation can be found once your ship comes in at 5 on 32nd Avenue.

When you enter 5 on 32nd you know that you have arrived at a very special destination. To welcome you, a large compass can be found on the gorgeous heart of pine floors pointing you in the direction of the beach, South by Southwest. With its inverted floor plan, four bedrooms are located on the first level of the house. To the North, you will find two bedrooms. The first features two twin beds, a private bath with tub, and direct access to the front deck. A second master bedroom is located to the North side of the house highlighted with a king bed, a huge bath with an awesome shower, and direct access to the back deck. To the South, two additional bedrooms can be found. Another master bedroom with a king bed, large private bath, and direct access to the back deck is located on the South side. Finally, a queen bedroom is on the South side that features a private bath with tub and direct access to the front deck. A bonus feature on the first floor is a sitting area, perfect for the kids to catch the latest movie.

The upper level of 5 on 32nd features the warm and inviting living areas. Your family will enjoy the wonderful leather sofas, comfortable seating, and large dining room table with seating for eight. The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream highlighted with a Wolf stove, featuring six burners, as well as, a pot filler. High-end stainless steel appliances, a huge sink, and a large work island complete this amazing kitchen. The master bedroom is located on the upper level and features a king bed with direct access to a screen porch. The master bathroom is as large as many bedrooms, with a wonderful whirlpool tub and a huge tiled shower.

Beach access is a breeze with a beach path located at the end of the block on 32nd Avenue. From the pool deck to the beach is a five-minute walk! Best yet, from 5 on 32nd to Historic Charleston is a short 12-mile drive!

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

    Kitchen well stocked. Pool deck area narrow on the sides. Balconies great and every bedroom has its own. Great family friendly home. Would rent again.

    The home is superb! We loved the convenience of having private bathrooms for each bedroom. The home is modern and updated. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The pool was delightful and a huge enjoyment for the children in the family. The location is excellent and an easy walk or cart ride to the beach. This is the best rental home we have ever experienced. We loved our stay at this home!

    The property needs TLC. While the size and space in the house met our needs, and the kitchen was well equipped to allowed us to prepare good meals, a number of items was not as advertised or meet the quality of a property in this caliber of rental.

    We are picky! We’ve been renting beach houses for family vacations for so many years in so many locations! All we ask is perfection! Very easy walk to the beach. Comfortable mattresses, king beds in 3 bedrooms, twins or queen in other bedrooms, shady pool with plenty of shallow water for the toddlers, lots of porch and outdoor seating, nearby grocery and good restaurants. This property hit all our desires. One small recommendation would be to add shades or drapes to the great room since it got too warm in late afternoon. Otherwise we all agreed this one is a keeper!

    My husband and I, our 2 grown children and their partners and our 14 month old grandson just spent a week at 5 32nd Ave. it was a great house for us. Everyone appreciated the en suite bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. We hired a private chef one night and the large kitchen was great for her. We all enjoyed the balconies, the pool and the fire pit. One rainy day we stayed in and played games. The large living room with leather couches allowed us all to hang out comfortably. The house is an easy walk to the beach as the public access point is close.

    Family from North and South Carolina met and spent a super week in this amazing house! The kitchen was fully stocked for the few nights that we cooked in and there was PLENTY of seating for our family of 10. We had enough room inside to not be cramped also! Would definitely recommend!!!

    Overall the property was ideal for our family of eleven. There was ample space for family gatherings, but also a floorplan that accommodated private space for each family. Proximity to the beach was excellent, while the house location was still removed from the main traffic area. Our family enjoyed the pool but the pump timer needs adjusted to a later time both on and off. It was loud enough to wake people on that side of the house very early and shut off by mid afternoon. Although we arrived Saturday the pool did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival.
