Featuring two bedrooms and two full baths, this outstanding home is nestled so close to everything the community has to offer. Shopping, several restaurants, golf, playground and basketball court are all within a five-minute short bike ride from 44 Fairway Dunes! This fantastic townhome has so much to offer for you and your family to enjoy the beach, resort activities or just a lazy afternoon relaxing in paradise.

After undergoing a major renovation, 44 Fairway Dunes features both a unique and comfortable design with terrific coastal style. It is the perfect mix of a classic beach cottage with all the modern comforts offered within a beach community. The living room is spacious with all new furnishings, new wood flooring, lighting, custom kitchen and bathrooms as well flat screen televisions in every room. The kitchen has been totally renovated with quartz countertops, sleek stainless appliances, and all new cabinets. It is nicely equipped, so do not be surprised if your family will often prefer to eat in than out. Also new, the dining room table seats six comfortably or enjoy a quaint breakfast at the kitchen bar with counter stool seating for four. A key feature of the living room and dining area are the number of windows. As an end unit, 44 Fairway Dunes enjoys the brightness of the Carolina sun that most properties cannot enjoy.

44 Fairways Dunes will make the entire family golf fans with its gorgeous views over the seventh and eighth holes on the Wild Dunes Links Course as well as a large lagoon. All new outdoor furniture will ensure your family is comfortable watching every golf shot or the wildlife that call the lagoon home.

When it is time to retire for the day, this three-story townhome sleeps six guests and features two comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king bed. The guest bedroom is unique in that it features a queen bed with a full bunk above. Each bedroom has an all new, completely renovated tile private bathroom. Finally, a large flat screen television is featured in each bedroom. The brand-new sofa in the living room includes a queen sleeper with a luxe mattress.

44 Fairway Dunes offers guest access to a garage to store beach equipment or bicycles. The Fairway Dunes pool and tennis courts are steps away from your front door.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Fairway Dunes pool is open year round but not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Fairway Dunes pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and basketball hoop, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

    This is an amazing property! We have been staying at Wild Dunes for years and this was our favorite townhome. It has been renovated beautifully, views of the pond with wild life and walking distance to the beach. The pool is lovely and it is peaceful. We will definitely return to this unit. Thank you for a lovely stay!

    Great property. Lots of space and the recent renovations were very well done. Bedrooms and living areas are setup great. Kitchen is well stocked. Very quiet section of Wild Dunes. Pool is right outside the front door. TV's could use an upgrade as they are not smart TV's and you cannot connect to streaming apps. Bed linens were very low quality but mattresses were comfortable. Will book this one again for sure as we visit WD at least twice a year.

    Property was spotless on arrival, and very comfortable for our family of four. Located a short walk or even a shorter bike ride to two different beach access points. Neither of these have stairs, both are ramps, which make it much easier when dragging a beach cart with 50 pounds beach gear. Pool and pickleball less than 100’ from the front door. We would highly recommend this property for your next getaway and we hope to return.

    We loved this property. It is so well furnished. Often vacation rentals do not have sufficient furniture to store clothing and such and that was definitely not the case. The dressers and closet space are wonderful. We also enjoyed having the garage to store our beach gear and my husband's bicycle. There were lots of little touches--coasters, platters to sufficient for an appetizer tray, a cocktail shaker, etc. Only issue we had was with the TVs. The listing advertises that they are smart tvs and that one can use them to stream under the renters' own accounts. The streaming services had PIN numbers setup that prevented our access. The property management team dropped a Roku off to help us with the problem. We were very impressed by this response. For reference, it is exactly a 10 minute walk to setup on the beach. Also, I don't remember the pickle ball court being advertised but it is right in front of the condo.

    We ready enjoy this place. The neighborhood is quiet, pickball courts, tennis, basketball and pool right outside to occupy the kids and adults alike. Everything was again great. Having access to the garage and a grill makes the difference!

    The house was nicely decorated and kitchen well stocked. Comfortable beds. AC set to 72 made it cold downstairs and sort of warm in the master 3rd floor bedroom but the ceiling fan was helpful. Easy stroll to the pool and tennis courts. We rode bikes to the beach and it’s walkable less than 10 minutes. It is pretty far back in WD so if you want to go to dinner, need to drive.
