You’ll be sitting on top of the world during your next vacation at 407-A Shipwatch! This fabulous three-bedroom, a three-bath condominium offers top-of-the-world views from the fourth/fifth-floor penthouse level at the popular Shipwatch Condominiums! Sporting one of the best pool complex in Wild Dunes, the Shipwatch Pool Complex features travertine tile, tons of loungers, and two swimming pools. Shipwatch features many fantastic amenities including playground equipment, luscious landscaping, and an oceanfront observation deck. It is very difficult to find accommodations in Wild Dunes with this many top-of-the-world features!

Recently remodeled, the condo’s interior is as stunning as the view and amenities offered at Shipwatch. The living area features comfortable appointments, a large flat screen television, a private oceanfront balcony, and gorgeous marble flooring! The kitchen is wonderful following the complete renovation that includes granite countertops and new cabinetry. The dining area with additional bar seating is perfect for your entire family. Each of the private baths has also been renovated, and now features new fixtures and granite countertops. The lower-level guest bedroom is highlighted with two twin beds and a private entrance to the bathroom with another entrance off of the kitchen. The upper level of the penthouse at 407-A Shipwatch features the master bedroom with a king bed, private bath, and oceanfront balcony. The views do not stop there; the guest bedroom on the upper level also features a private deck offering views of the Island and the Links Golf Course. A king bed highlights this guest bedroom, which also has a private bath.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

    We loved the location of the condo, which is right on the beach! It was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed it so much, we booked it again! Check in was easy, and the directions we were provided were very clear. Great suggestions were provided that also added to our enjoyment. It was a very relaxing getaway. We loved it, and highly recommend AvantStay and this condo!

    Overall this is a very nice condo. It's just a short walk to the beach. The view of the ocean is spectacular! We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of room. My only complaint is a bit of a shortage of hot water for showering. There's 3 full bathrooms, but if all 3 are showering at the same time the hot water runs out very fast.

    We had a great time, the condo and area were all we’d hoped for. Of note though: we were on the top floor and the elevator was out a big part of the week which created some issues. It was restored the night before we left.

    Great location, close to beach. Nice pool. Condo layout is nice with upstairs bedrooms separate from living area. Fairly well appointed kitchen. Furnishings were good and beds were comfortable. Internet was not working for first 2 days of our stay, and TVs are all streaming only so no TV for 2 days. Management company was good about communicating but it not sure why it took so long to fix. Guest bath downstairs was not clean. Appliances are dated. Pictures make it look lighter and brighter than it actually is. Overall a good place, enjoyed our stay.

    Good beachfront condo with nice views. As a family of five seating in the living room was cramped and master bathroom (toilet and shower area) offered almost no space between the toilet and shower enclosure. Several appliances in the kitchen did not work including stovetop burner, toaster and blender. A locked pantry denied us access to store groceries, so the limited countertop space in the kitchen was constantly cluttered. Balcony furniture on both levels need desperate update.

    Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom,3 bath condo with a fantastic view of the ocean. Quiet area but minutes away from anything you would need. Priority manager answered all of our concerns. We would definitely stay here again. We had a great time
