An easy drive into Pebble Beach® from the Carmel gate and to all Monterey Peninsula and Carmel Valley destinations. Five minutes’ walk to Carmel Plaza via an easement shortcut.

Living Space
This home features hardwood floors throughout and a bright, open feel. Enter through the Dutch door into a small foyer. The combination living-dining area has a comfortable seating area around a wood burning fireplace and a TV. Dining table seats 8. Lofty ceilings with exposed beams give a sense of spaciousness.
Let in the ocean breeze through 2 Dutch doors, sliding doors and multiple screened windows throughout the home.

Outside
The living room sliding door leads out to a redwood deck with propane BBQ grill, table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or casual outdoor meals.

Kitchen
The updated kitchen is fully-equipped and has a gas range, dishwasher, a refrigerator with ice maker and tile counters and counter seating for two between the kitchen and the dining area. Everything you need to make tasty meals at home is on hand, but when the chef wants a night off, the nearby restaurant options are many.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king bed, TV, large closet and en suite bathroom with a tiled shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #2 has a queen four-poster bed.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds.
The full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination with tile surround.

The full size washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.

Off-street parking is available in the 1-car garage and 1 car can fit in the driveway. Street parking is available on a first come first served basis.
