This beautifully decorated 1,693 sf, 3 bedroom, 3 bath Carmel-by-the-Sea home is located just two blocks from the beach! Lovingly furnished with numerous antiques, this home exudes Carmel charm! Pine floors throughout, and numerous skylights, windows and French doors. Guests will love the proximity to the ocean not to mention all of the nearby attractions in Carmel, Pebble Beach® and the Monterey Peninsula. This is a perfect location to stay for events like Monterey Car Week or the Carmel Bach Festival, or for visiting the area in any season.

Living Space
The main part of the home is all on one level, plus there is a bonus room in the basement.
Large living room with pitched ceiling, gas log fireplace; 51 TV, DVD player, and CD player in large armoire.
Bonus space: The basement has been finished off and is now an office/den equipped with desk, wifi, laptop computer, printer/fax machine, loves eat and an armoire with 35 TV and DVD player.

Kitchen and Dining
Gourmet kitchen with limestone counters, Viking cooktop, Dacor oven, microwave, disposal, and dishwasher. Dining area with antique table and seating for six. French doors leading out to a large back patio.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, gas-log fireplace, French doors leading out to the back deck and an en suite bathroom with radiant floor heat, shower-over-tub combination and double sinks, a large closet and additional washer and dryer units.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #3 has a full/double bed and has direct access to the full hall bath described below.
Full hall bathroom has a shower over a claw foot bathtub.

A full-size stacked Maytag washer and dryer is available to guests.

Small single garage (for a compact car) and off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
