Perfect accommodation to share with several families, relatives and friends or why not a Kickoff with work. For those interested in fishing, there are three lakes with a boat in each lake to use. One of the lakes, just below the house, has a jetty and a child-friendly sandy beach. There are fishing rods and a couple of adult bicycles to borrow. The large terrace with a lake view invites the whole group to nice shared meals in connection with the barbecue area. All rooms in the house are veryspacious with origins from the 19th century, which the owner has made visible in his careful renovation work. The large grass areas around the house invite to activities such as kubb and croquet. Endless walks in the forest with mushroom and berry picking provide relaxation and much-needed recovery during all seasons. In the entrance at the back of the house there is plenty of space for hanging outerwear and shoes. The open-plan layout of the fully equipped kitchen is in the heart of the house. Large living areas with a dining table that has room for everyone and a sofa group in front of the stove. Downstairs there is also a bedroom with a whirlpool bed, corner sofa and TV. The bathroom is spacious and has both a shower and a washing machine. The stairs from the hall lead up to the upstairs hall which has seating and a beautiful view of the forest and fields. From here there is access to all bedrooms. The two largest rooms have a double bed with electric adjustable beds and a single bed each. One also has a cot for the smallest guest. The other two bedrooms have a bunk bed each with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed above. Therefore there is room for three people even in these cosily furnished bedrooms. Another spacious bathroom upstairs has a shower in addition to a toilet and sink along with good shelf storage for your toiletries. In Holmsjö, which is located just under 7 km from the house, there is a grocery store, restaurant & pizzeria. Train station with the possibility of traveling both north towards Kalmar for a visit to the Kingdom of Glass and south to the naval town of Karlskrona to experience attractions in Blekinge's beautiful archipelago.
