100 percent enjoyed our stay. Clean and well thought out property extremely close to the clubhouse.

Very nice

We had 3 families comfortably stay at the house. The kids loved the play nook. The house was nicely stocked with everything we needed and there was ample parking. It was also great to have a bathroom for each of the bedrooms. The owners were great to communicate with before and throughout our stay.

I chose it because of its location and every family had their own bathroom. Living room area a little small but we knew this when we rented the property, it worked out fine for a one week stay! Everyone enjoyed themselves.

We enjoyed this rental. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. The different floors helped to separate the 2 families. It was comfortable for 8 people. The carpets appeared new. There are 2 controls for the upstairs and downstairs air which is convenient. Having a garage was nice to keep bikes and stroller inside. It's a very short drive to Bethany Beach Boardwalk. We had no problem finding parking at this time of year. The community was nice to take walks and bike ride. We did not spend the money to swim, play tennis, or use the shuttle. So cannot comment on those activities. Some of us enjoyed being able to walk to the golf course. We enjoyed the golf course restaurant as well.

We enjoyed this property right from the start. The house was clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms suited our group perfectly, the location convenient, and communication with Jenn was flawless. The manual she put together was very helpful and included very good local recommendations. I would recommend this property and hope we will be back ourselves!

My family of 8 loved our stay at the property. Jenn was super easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. The A/C went out in the basement, and Jenn sent someone out right away to repair it. Unfortunately, they couldn't repair before our departure. Jenn offered us a free day for our stay to accommodate us. The master bathroom tub needs to be repaired but was in working condition for our stay. The pool, gym, and golf course are a 3-5 minute walk from the front door. The property had plenty of space and privacy for everyone. My kids loved the bunk beds and TV room, for their PlayStation tournament. The ping pong table and TV sitting room in the basement was a hit as well. The pictures on the listing don't do the property any justice. You will not go wrong staying at this beach getaway retreat! We plan on staying here in the future assuming it's available. :)

Great home for the 9 of us. The home was very clean, and Jenn the owner was very prompt to answering any questions we had. Bedrooms are very spacious with a joining bathrooms. Enjoyed using the ping pong table and foosball. Also appreciated that we had access to the garage to store our beach, chairs, etc..
