Provincetown, Massachusetts
This classic Provincetown antique home is located in the center of town steps away from all the restaurants, shops, and bars of Provincetown! All bathrooms have just been completely redone, and a new Jack + Jill bathroom was added to the downstairs bedrooms. Built in circa 1830, the home retains many original details: wide plank floors, authentic six over six windows, two period fireplace mantels, and original door and window trim. The first floor has a sunny living room, separate dining room, full kitchen, a full bath and two spacious bedrooms. The second floor features two additional large bedrooms and another bathroom and a laundry room. There is a large patio up front to store bikes and a private brick patio on the West side of the house that is perfect for dining and grilling out.
This is a new rental with a new owner and therefore there are few reviews.
Please note that the owner will be living in separate upstairs apartment at the back of the home. There is a separate entrance via the staircase off the back brick patio.

8 of us stayed for a week in this property. It's an historic house, but the new owner is fixing it up and the renovations so far are great. Location-wise, it's maybe the best I've ever rented in Ptown after coming for 10 years. The living room is comfy and the outside courtyard is perfect for evening dinners. The owner stayed in a separate unit upstairs and was both respectful of our space and on-hand to help when we needed it. Definitely would recommend!
Lovely, quirky and quaint Ptown house! The host was so sweet and generous, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend!
Such a great location. The monument, 361 Commercial for fantastic coffee, Scottscakes for dessert, Lobster Pot nearby. Free parking at the Ptown Monument lot up the block. The inside is gorgeous, very rustic. Owner decorated for Halloween, super cute special touches all around the house. Thanks so much!!
