I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a wonderful fit for our family. Each family had not only a bedroom, but a private bathroom. AND there was plenty of space for everyone to be together!!! It was a real plus for us to have a fridge on both levels as it saved multiple trips to the grocery store. As the washer and dryer are located on the first floor, I would recommend adding shelving to the upstairs laundry area to have pantry space. For a family like ours who cooked a lot, there is no good place for pantry items. The VERY short walk to the beach was a big bonus since all 4 of our grandkids are under 6.

Very clean. The only set back is that the appliances were spotty and needed repair during stay. Maintenance company was responsive and timely.

Reviewer Comments: Our family has a wonderful time in this house and loved the close proximity to the beach. There was plenty of seating on the two porches as well as for eating together inside the house. There are two full kitchens in the house but we only used the one on the upper level. It was nice to have an extra refrigerator downstairs to keep the drinks cold. There is no ice maker, but buying ice on the island is easy. There were a couple of upkeep items that needed attention but nothing major. We would stay at this house again on a return to IOP.
