4-bedroom Seaside Sanctuary - 2 minute walk to Front Beach and Oceanfront Pools!

Great house and location!

Property is well maintained and the location is excellent. Steps away from the beach and Grand Pavilion pools and bar/grill. I love that three of the rooms have 2 double beds in each giving our young adults and friends room to sleep but necessarily in the same bed. Every room conveniently has its own large bathroom. Kitchen has plenty to cook with but there are restaurants nearby. Grocery store is a 10 minute drive. Nice porch with a view of the courtyard and a great place to have morning coffee. No noise problems. This is our third time staying here because it’s a great place! The manager is very responsive and will go above and beyond to help make your stay comfortable. Remember to bring beach towels!

The property was perfect for our family. We have two daughters who are married with two children each. There was plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. The walk to the beach was a few minutes away and not crowded at all. The kids loved the sand, ocean, and we all loved a taste of Charleston which was only about 35 minutes away.

Our family of 5 stayed during Spring Break and really enjoyed the house. There was more than enough space to spread out and relax! The location is ideal - convenient to everything at the resort - and the owner was very responsive to our questions. I love that the community has an established noise policy so it’s very quiet all night long. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had the most wonderful trip and comfortable stay in 137 Grand Pavilion. The house was equipped with everything we needed and it was in the most absolute perfect location. Would definitely recommend and would book again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The location of this home was so convenient to the beach, pools and all the shops near Sweetgrass. My niece, Hayden Wilson, is an artist at The Gallery at Sweetgrass and we were able to visit the gallery and dine at all the restaurants near there. The furniture was beautiful and I enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning and evening. We can’t wait to come back!

We just returned from a stay at this property and our party of six had a great experience. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The home was exactly as described and the updated rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The location is perfect and the Wild Dunes amenities are a plus. We would definitely return.

We love Wild Dunes, have been there 10+ times, family liked this stay as one of their favorites. Fab location!

We had a great time. The property was as listed. Would have liked to have a little larger common living space for 8 people but we made it work. There were a couple small things in the kitchen I cleaned up upon arrival. Nothing big. Well stocked. Extra towels left which was nice. Easy walk to the beach(2 building away) but no real beach view. Nowhere to bbq. Pools were fine and easy to get to. Owner was very responsive!! Description was accurate. One suggestion would be to provide a detailed description for getting to the property. Once inside the Wild Dunes property it seems all streets, including turns, are named Grand Pavillion.

This continues to be a great place to stay. There were improvements and updates since our last visit including new furniture with ample seating in the sunroom and new chairs in the porch and new flooring. Nicely decorated. Great location with a short walk to the beach and pools. Kristin the manager is very responsive and helpful!

We had a wonderful time at the beach while staying at this property. The setup worked very well for our group of eight. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, pools, and Wild Dunes amenities. The host was very attentive and gracious, going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We had a minor situation with the previous renters locking the room where the beach chairs were stored. The host quickly made arrangements to get the door unlocked the next day and paid for chair and umbrella rental for the first day since we didn’t have immediate access to the beach chairs. The gesture was much appreciated. Thanks for making our beach trip a success!

We felt that this location was a nice and convenient location, but it was evident to us that there are number of updates that need to be done here. There were very few dishes and cooking stuff there, and what was there was the cheapest stuff you could get. The doors, latches, faucets, fixtures, appliances, etc were all the cheapest builder grade stuff. The location is nice unless there is a party going on…in that case you are screwed. There was a very loud wedding party right outside our room and it didn’t stop until after 10pm. The owner was nice, and willing to answer questions, but it really wouldn’t take much to make this place nice.
