Stayed May 26, 2026Last week of May, 2026. An older, nice, clean house. Very nice outside area to sit and see ocean. Pros: *Beautiful view on porch, and also in the sunroom inside home. *Kitchen had a nice frig with water and ice in door, nice mugs and plates, along with newer washer and dryer next to kitchen. *Comfy chairs and couch in sunroom. *AC worked very wellCons:*Stove is older and a little hard to use. *Queen bed needs a better mattress, other single ones seemed to be fine according to fellow travelers. *Has a counter and small table but no big table to have family meals. * Needs some new umbrellas outside and furniture in house, needs new beach umbrellas *Needs a mirror in the one small bedroom. *Home has lots of steps so elderly people may not be able to handle it. *Next to public access to beach. (It was okay but there is a lot of activity so be aware)*Please note it leaks above the stove when it rains.

Stayed May 22, 2026The views from the deck and sunroom cannot be beat! Just amazing! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy the beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Would stay here again with my family.

Stayed Apr 17, 2026Would rebook this place in a heartbeat! Location, layout, amenities, cleanliness all 11/10. Kitchen and linens were the best stocked of any vrbo I've ever stayed. Bathrooms are a little small, but that is the only negative. Access to the beach is literally next door and the huge back deck feels like being on the beach too. Rental management was great, check in/out made super easy, they even stopped by during our stay to make sure we were satisfied.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025The house was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest a couple of new frying pans due to the scratches in the Teflon. We enjoyed the house very much

Stayed Nov 24, 2025The hoist stop by UNANNOUNCED, at the midpoint of our visit, with a some what suspect story that she had a part for the coffee machine! The two bathrooms were only accessible by going thru a bedroom, no powder room.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Rounded up my daughter in laws and daughter and we did a girls stay at Folly. The home was perfect for us and our pups. Quick access to the beach, town, and a beautiful porch we spent the evenings looking at the Milky Way.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024The property is dated and could use new furniture. The rugs in the house were old and worn out. The view and deck are the main reason we picked to stay there. And it was a Beautiful deck area!
