Clean rooms, nice decorations, great area to walk dog.

Such a lovely small home to stay at while staying in Columbia. Clean, fully stocked, easy rules to follow, very comfy beds, nice hot shower, handicap accessible walkway to the house. The TV was easy to navigate. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience while my friend was in the hospital.

Nicely decorated rooms, recently updated. Quiet, out of the way location on the North side of Columbia. A few blocks from lots of dining options and just a short drive to downtown. Will look to stay here again when we come down next year.

The property was extremely clean and is the most well-appointed VRBO or other rental property that we have ever stayed in. Everything you need and more is supplied. The furniture is comfortable. We highly recommended this property.

This was a fantastic location for our sports events at Mizzou! It was about 10 minutes to campus even on a busy day. We also loved that the property was so recently updated and the convenience of the large fridge and laundry room. Very quiet too. And we got to bring our medium-sized dog!

Good clean place. Really nice for someone who needs extended stay. Lots of conveniences (w/d with laundry goods) Full kitchen to be able to cook , eat and clean supplies.Extra blankets, plenty of pillows. Nice place to stay.

We had a very good week in Columbia at this property. It was clean, quiet, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The owners were great communicators, the location worked well for us, and the price couldn’t be beat. I would stay here again.

The home is located at a good distance from Mizzou, the host was incredible and the place was very clean, just the right size and had everything we needed. My only reason for not giving a top rating was the neighborhood.

Just passing through town for a visit

Took a quick trip to COMO to help my kiddo move into the dorms. The place was clean, cozy and exactly what we needed for this trip. It was located 10 minutes from everywhere and the host was great!

The house was clean and updated. The check in process was easy and communication was excellent! Fully stocked kitchen made making meals really easy. There were plenty of beds, we were very comfortable!

The unit was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for our trip to Mizzou for a school tour and check out the area for our son. The neighborhood wasn’t exactly what we hoped for, but we had no problems. Communication was excellent, and we appreciated them checking in on us to make sure we didn’t have any problems. We would stay again.

This property was perfect for our needs. We were in town for one night to see a concert at the Blue Note. Clean, quiet, and close to everything we needed or wanted.

We had a great stay here. It was close to all we needed it to be. I was working at the MU Hospital and back and forth was about 10 minutes. Comfortable bed, homey living spaces.

It was very nice. Good with recourses and it was nice that we had all of that.

We had a great time at this property! There’s enough room for everyone and then some. It’s perfect for families visiting Columbia and is super close to downtown and campus. The area is very quiet. They had everything we could’ve imagined needing including free and clear laundry detergent which we needed as we have skin allergies. We will definitely come back!!

My wife and two friends stayed here while in Columbia and it was very comfortable and easy to find. The place was very clean and the host communicated very freely! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The place was great- incredibly well stocked! The owners were SUPER responsive. The area is kind of in a bit of an industrial type area on one side. Very close to MIZZOU. Incredibly well priced! And the bonus of allowing pets more than makes up for location! Would definitely stay again!
