3BR w/EV Charger & Ocean View, Near Shell Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was immaculately clean, and was the perfect setting for a family getaway. We enjoyed the location immensely. Proximity to the seal rookery was amazing and we enjoyed our conversations with the docents. Strolls on Shell Beach with our morning coffee and afternoon hikes on the many trails throughout Sea Ranch were just what we needed. The sleeping accommodations were perfect. The setting very quiet very comfortable bed and very nice linens. We will definitely be back.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The location of the house was amazing as it is next to the playground and three different types of ocean access! We enjoyed the walking trails to the ocean as well as the tide pools, shell beach and the Sandy beach! The house had everything one would need for a perfect stay.

We’ve been taking a Memorial Day trip to Sea Ranch for 14 years. This is one of our favorite houses. Nice layout of the house. Well appointed kitchen. Great decks for looking out over the meadow and ocean. Beautiful garden and hot tub. Short walk to the beach and trail system. I’m looking forward to getting back ASAP.

We spent four days in Sea Ranch watching wildlife from the kitchen windows, playing records on the record player, and stoking a fire each night. The short walk down to the beach was perfect during the mornings. There was a small issue with the hot tub but the property managers quickly responded and we got it working. We'd definitely stay there again!

There is something really special about the spaciousness and light throughout, especially in main living areas and the stunning master bedroom, with ocean and meadow views in 3 directions. You can watch the sunset and soak in moonlight through the skylight all at the same time. The cedar woodwork on the floors, walls, and vaulted ceilings is both elegant and homey. Several different decks face the ocean; beautiful spots for a meal or stretching out with a book.The kitchen has new appliances, every gadget you might need, and great cast iron and stainless steel pots and pans. The living room furniture is tasteful and comfortable. The bedrooms are all spacious and private. The third bedroom is detached from the main house, perfect if someone in the party wants their own space. The beds are super comfortable — top notch mattresses, with gorgeous linens.There are lovely extras, including an LP player and vinyl records, along with DVDs and high speed wifi and jigsaw puzzles and books. I was thrilled to find an electric car charger, which the hosts graciously have made available to guests. The large hot tub is nestled in a sweet spot in the back garden, busy with hummingbirds and warblers.The location of the house couldn’t be better. It’s in a beautiful open meadow, a 5 minute walk to the Seal Rookery, where we saw seals at all times of the day. From there, you can walk north to Tide Pool Beach and Walk On Beach, and on to the Del Mar Landing Reserve, where again, there are seals and so many birds to watch. Walking south is also gorgeous; we saw hawks and all kinds of sea birds every day, and one day, we saw a couple of foxes! The house is just a few hundred yards from the only playground In Sea Ranch, and not far from a couple of the recreation centers.We have stayed in a number of homes at Sea Ranch. Great property in a very nice location. The wind is not an issue in this area of Sea Ranch thanks to the large trees surrounding the property. Walking distance to Shell beach is a plus. The cookware was plentiful, we had no problems preparing all of our favorite dishes. The Weber grill is brand new (always a plus to have a nice functioning grill). Can’t wait to come back here.
