3BR for 6 w/Hot Tub & Ocean Views, Near Trails!

Great views. Nice layout. Everything worked and was clean.

Location was wonderful, everything was clean, and the kitchen was well apportioned with useful equipment & appliances. There was only 1 king & 1 queen regular bed good for 2 adult couples only, so it’s expensive. Also fireplaces & tv difficult to operate.

This property could be rated 5, but we had some issues, hence the rating of 3. The home is lovely, the location is excellent, the views are amazing. But we had problems with a non-functioning living room heater (it's February! it was raining and windy!). Also had issues with the fireplace and the hot tub. There were only 2 glasses that could be used as wine and/or drinking glasses. The notebook in the home was generic and not helpful. These are all maintenance issues that could have been avoided, and we have communicated to the property manager who says they will be looked into/taken care of. We sincerely hope so because we would stay in this home again if these problems were fixed.

We had a lovely time! The house is beautifully decorated, and the ocean views are stunning. We had everything we needed, including a baby high chair, which saved us when we realized we forgot ours. We enjoyed walking on the bluff trail right outside our door and cozying up by the fireplace. The management team's communication was on point -- they delivered us more batteries during the Super Bowl when we needed them to turn on the fireplace. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon.

The house has spectacular views with a wonderful bluff location. The house is lovely. We had a great time. However disappointed with some aspects of the house. It advertises 3 bedrooms, however the 3rd bedroom while advertised as a bunk bed with full mattress, the mattress is a thin mattress on a metal frame. Not comfortable for a week long vacation for an adult sleeping there. Also found the house not supplied as I am used to for VRBOs. There were some maintenance issues which the management responded quickly to. Appreciated the easy communication and response. I have stayed in many Sea Ranch homes and found this one nice but recommend third bedroom for children and not adults.

We loved the house and had a great stay but there were a few issued that came up during our stay which are worth noting.--The checkout time is very early (10am). We were traveling with children, which makes an early checkout particularly difficult, and made multiple requests for a late checkout which were abruptly dismissed by the property manager with little sense of understanding. In addition, the cleaner was literally waiting across the street starting at 9:30am which made us feel very awkward as we were trying to vacate the unit by the required checkout time.--Both of the fireplaces are not functional. The one upstairs in the master bedroom has a sign saying not to use it, which was noted in the listing. But the one downstairs has no instructions, and we were not able to figure out how to turn it on. This was disappointing because it was part of the reason we chose to stay here.--The heaters do not seem to work. When you turn them on, either nothing happens, or they blow room-temperature air. I would be nervous to stay here during the winter.--We found a stack of unwashed bowls in the cabinet, which was pretty gross.Regardless of the above, we did have a good stay and I would recommend this house, particularly for the location. But given the problems noted above, I think that it should be priced a little lower, at least until they are addressed.

We loved this well-kept home and especially its location by the path next to the sea. We also loved the outdoor area, well-sheltered from the wind.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Sea Ranch home! The location is unbeatable—right by the ocean, with breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. The architecture has an artistic touch, and the interior is tastefully decorated with stylish furniture and thoughtful details throughout.The house is very spacious, with three comfortable bedrooms and clean, well-appointed bathrooms. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The maintenance team was responsive and helpful whenever we had a request.The only thing we wish had been provided was a travel crib for our infant. Other than that, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend for a serene coastal getaway!

Excellent stay at this house sitting just above the bluffs/along the main bluff trail.

The location of this home cannot be beat. Despite the fierce winds during our stay, the patio facing the ocean is perfectly protected and we were able to spend a lot of time out there enjoying our coffee, wine etc. This was a pleasant surprise! The sun was warm in the protected space. The home is dated of course but that is to be expected in The Sea Ranch and we did not mind. The beds are comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds which I think might be futons and the bottom bunk is very low to the ground. Probably fine for kids but not for us older ladies. The home is adequately stocked for staying in and cooking most meals like we did.

The house was exactly as pictured, if not better. The views from the kitchen, living room, and upstairs bedroom were spectacular. The house was spotlessly clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Zero complaints...other than I wish I lived there!

Beautiful property situated in an ideal location. Honestly, the view was spectacular and the setting, ultra relaxing. We played tennis every day, the courts were in great condition with lots of availability. Our long weekend at The Bluff House was everything we were hoping for. Thank you!
