When you come to stay at this little beach bungalow, you’ll be getting a quality experience! The Coastal Cottage welcomes you with rocking chairs on the front porch to take your morning coffee or gather with your fellow vacationers for a great space to chat. The relaxing screened porch perfect for quiet mornings, reading or evening cocktails. The home features a large Flat Screen TV. We also offer the highest speed internet available! The main living area offers plush seating; here you can relax and take advantage of the TV’s smart features and stream your favorite shows, or just enjoy a good book by the windows which let in some great natural lighting. The living area includes a sofa with a pullout queen size bed for extra sleeping space. This home offers a fully equipped kitchen, with a pleasing aesthetic and lots of utility, spacious countertops and high-quality appliances, including a fabulous coffee maker! A nice dining table can seat your guests, giving you a place to take your meals inside, from quick breakfasts to sit-down dinners. The kitchen bar seats offer additional seating. Three bedrooms in this home make it the perfect size for vacations with family or celebratory getaways with your friends. The first bedroom (primary) offers a king bed with a private bath with glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom also has a queen bed with the shared bath across the hall. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Outside, the screened porch area provides comfortable seating to relax in the evenings with your cocktails in the fresh salty air! You’ll also find a spacious front yard and driveway where you can toss around a frisbee or football! This home also has an outdoor beach hose, making it easy to rinse off after a day on the sand! Recap Bed Sizes: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. All bed linens, kitchen towels, bath and beach towels are provided for your convenience. Washer and dryer is located off of the kitchen for your use. You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.     This isle of Palms home fit most of our needs. Good location, easy walk to the beach, close to grocery store and bridge to Charleston. Would have been nice to have information ahead of time for beach umbrella and golf cart rental,etc. Screened in porch could be improved -was a bit messy. Also most every VRBO I’ve stayed at has had more than one trash bag for kitchen and some dishcloths. Hosts responded very quickly …overall great stay!!

    We visited the Charleston area to plan for a wedding in Oct 2025. This house was everything we needed. The area all around was clean and the neighbors were friendly. I would recommend this property.

    Supposed to go to Florida but changed plans due to Helene. Booked the day before. Seamless. House was clean and fully ready for us when we arrived. Easy walk to the beach. Impressive food scene on Sullivans Island and Charleston. Great for a couple!

    This was the perfect house for our vacation, very close to public beach access, town, and located in a quiet neighborhood- good for bike riding. The house had plenty of spaces to spread out and relax that gave our teenagers privacy when they wanted it. We really appreciated the filtered water system in the kitchen, a definite plus.

    Spent a long weekend for a family gathering fora weekend in downtown Charleston. Quiet and peaceful with local conveniences for food shopping and restaurants without having to leave the island.
