Close to everything we intended to see in Carmel and Monterey. House was immaculate.

We supplemented it with infant rental furniyture which Sanstuary recommended and coordinated. It’s a little hard to get to but very close to hop on the 1. No noise or traffic whatsoever.

We were in the area for a few days to explore and relax. The house provided a comfortable and well-appointed home base!

Reviewer Comments: The home has a wonderful location near Carmel and California 1.The owner sent us a breakfast one morning which was thoughtful and very nice. The home is clean well stocked and the yard is lovely.That said we felt it was overpriced for the inside .It was a strange set up . You walk in and the family room and kitchen are on that level but no bathroom. Downstairs were two bedrooms and a bath and upstairs the bedroom room suite and a bathroom. No screens on the windows except for three and it was hot for about 8 days , high 80’s . The place had fans but it was still hot . The appliances were nice but versions of high end appliances that didn’t work like high end appliances especially the stove.All in all it was ok maybe a C rating but overpriced in our opinion.The property company did a wonderful job with our questions and actually there was a sheet explaining everything in the home by the owner that was really helpful.

This home is hands down one of the best - gorgeous stylish decor, great floor plan, killer kitchen that is fully stocked. Plus a wonderful shower, superior amenities, a bed so comfortable it was hard to leave. The fully enclosed yard was wonderful for our little dog. The location, although close to Hwy 1 for easy access, wasn't impacted by road noise which was typically in the morning and never an annoying level in or out of the house. It's actually a desirable location with easy access to other areas and out of the downtown Carmel congestion. This property is a winner without a doubt! We will return!!!

We all agreed it was probably the best rental we'd ever stayed in (and we've stayed in MANY)...super clean & comfortable. Only wish we had booked a longer stay! Nice quiet location with excellent access to Hwy 1 and super close to downtown Carmel. Highly recommend this one!
