Backyard has outdoor dining table and gas grill. Family room and living room so plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen just bring your own spices and cooking oil. Note broom and vacuum cleaner are stored with the heater/furnace.

Lovely home. Beautiful views and very relaxing. Great location. Happy the home had a combination drip coffee maker/Keurig style coffee maker. It was perfect for 3 couples since the house has 3 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus there’s an extra bathroom in the living area of the house near the kitchen. My only issue was an assumption on my part. Because of their very strict pet policy I assumed the house would be safe for one of the ladies in our party that is highly allergic to cats, however, when we got there she started swelling up and having breathing issues. Then we realized the homeowners have cats so she had to get some meds and stay off of the couches and upholstered chairs. If you’re not allergic to pet dander you should stay here. There is no A/C so we slept with windows open.

We have been fooled many times by rental properties that did not match the descriptions. This home has restored my faith in vacation rentals! It is absolutely stunning! It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but just a short distance from stores and restaurants. The home is immaculate, comfortable, well-appointed and thoughtfully designed. The landscaping and views took my breath away, and there are multiple outdoor seating areas. We experienced 2 minor issues and both were addressed quickly. I highly recommend giving this home a try. We genuinely did not want to leave.

Thoughtfully laid out (three master suites with king beds) and very well appointed. The location is central to everything, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay during our vacation. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The check in process was easy, and the welcome bottle of wine from a local winery was a nice touch. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to shopping and restaurants. Our children loved the garden area out front and occasionally would see a bunny or two. Upon check out, we accidentally left some items behind, but the property management team was able to quickly have our belongings shipped to our home. The only thing that would have made our stay more accommodating would have been simple ingredients stocked in the kitchen such as spices and cooking oil. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Close to downtown Carmel but away from the traffic, etc. Had a small problem of no hot water the first night, but it was quickly addressed by 9:30 am the next morning. Would definitely book again.

Other than a 12 hour power outage it was great. We wish the location would of had a bar- b- que.

My family of five adults stayed at the Seas The Day house in Carmel during Thanksgiving week in 2024. The house is in excellent condition with many quality features and appliances, and a decent amount of cookware, bowls, plates, silverware, cups, mugs and glasses. We took advantage of the layout, able to cook, play games, do puzzles, work, and watch TV, all from different sitting areas. One other nice feature is the house has a recirculating hot water system, so you can get hot water within seconds, even in the farthest bathroom. The house is in a very nice area to walk or jog in: a quiet, residential area, not far from downtown Carmel. The entire area lacks sidewalks, but there is a Mission Trail Nature Preserve within walking distance. The house has good wifi for work. The layout worked well for us in that each of the 3 large Bedrooms has a large bed with an ensuite bathroom, plus a half bath in the common area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

We loved our stay at Seas the Day. The house was probably the nicest, well equipped and pristine home we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many! It was an extra bonus for us all to have our own en-suite bathroom. The yard was beautiful. Loved sitting around the fire pit at night. We definitely will stay here again.

The home was beautifully furnished inside and out, the kitchen had absolutely everything imaginable. Every bedroom had a king bed and en suite, no detail of this property was left to chance. Seas the Day is centrally located to a wide variety of activities including beaches, downtown Carmel, Monterey, Pebble Beach and other golf courses. We enjoyed every minute and will most definitely be back!!

We had the most amazing time at Seas the Day! The house is so lovely (and I'm picky) and we felt at home immediately. The location is perfect - close to downtown but far enough away for the quiet. We loved drinking wine by the fire pit. We'll be back!
