House was clean. Beautiful house. Great for groups or 2 families. There are no screens on the windows and no A/C so it got a little warm

We had a great stay at this house for our girls weekend!! The house was in a great location, walkable to both the beach and restaurants and shops downtown. The house was also well stocked and very clean.

The location is amazing. The amount of space in the home was great for a Carmel property. Everything was as-advertised and we had a great weekend.

Great location for acres to Carmel River Beach. Bright and open, accommodated 6 adults nicely. Kitchen needs to be inventoried and the pillows aren’t great, but overall it’s a great space for a group.

It was a lovely place to stay overnight for my 30th birthday weekend, with the beach right down the street and Carmel so close by it was a perfect experience. 10/10!

Nice size gathering rooms. Enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. Location is excellent if you want to get to the beach. Good neighborhood for walking.

Really great home. Perfect for our family.

We were impressed as soon as we opened the front door. The house was beautifully decorated, and soft music was playing from both tvs upon our entry. This house is super clean, and updated throughout. It has eveything you could need, including dishes and cooking supplies. This house was very comfortable for our group of 6 people (4 adults 2 teens). The front room is very spacious and provided a great space to watch tv and play board games. And, with 3 full bathrooms, that space was always available when needed. The house is located within a short walking distance to two beautiful beaches. It's also a 25-minute walk into downtown Carmel. Each morning I walked to the Carmel bakery for delicious pastries and lattes.All communication with the property managers was excellent. I received prompt replies, and they were always very courteous.We plan to always stay at this house, whenever possible, when we return to Carmel.

The kids love the bunk beds; the compartment to store cold drinks is a nice amenity; our extended family loves the walking distance to Carmel River Beach. There is one item needing attention; the front gate latch is loose since the wood part holding it is rotten; perhaps the wooden block needs replacement & painting.
