3704 Cameron is the perfect destination for two families or four couples looking for a delightful Island vacation. The cozy living that overlooks the private swimming pool and features stylish colors and furnishings. A large smart television ensures that you can catch every moment of the game throughout the open floor plan, in the kitchen as well as the dining area. The fully upgraded kitchen features all the whistles and bells a chef is looking for and is well equipped. Finally, the large dining table has room for your entire family. With direct access from the living area, the spacious main deck overlooks the recently updated private pool. With comfortable furnishings, the main deck offers the fresh smell of ocean saltwater air and the perfect view of your children playing in the crystal-clear private pool.

There are three bedrooms on the first level of the home. First, is the kid's bunk room, just off the kitchen and laundry area. Next, a king and queen bedroom is located on the first level, each having a private bath. On the upper level, your family will find a fourth guest bedroom with a king bed. Finally, the master bedroom can be found on this level. It has a king bed, a large private bath, and direct access to a terrific second-level deck with new outdoor furnishings.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The pool can be heated for $100/day (4 night min), as long as the average outside temperature is over 55F.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. It worked well for a multi-generation family vacation. Check in and check out was easy with good communication from the host. The backyard was fun- beautiful pool! It is a good idea to get pool heat- we were told by the property manager that we didn't need it due to the weather but in hindsight it would have been a good idea. It was a quick two block walk to a beautiful beach. One note for those who stay is that the home did not include general pantry items and typical supplies other than a limited starter set. We would definitely stay there again!

    We had an amazing time and your beautiful home. Access to beach was close, great bike riding, and close to downtown Charleston enjoyed acme restaurant and ghost carriage tour ride in Charleston.

    We really enjoyed the house set up and location with walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was stocked better than any other house we've rented and was appreciated since we do prepare a lot of our meals at the house because of two small grandchildren. The pool is shaded which is great for less sun exposure, but the trees also block a lot of sunlight in the house. We would definitely stay here again.

    This house is terrific. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could Having four bedrooms with their own baths offered us much needed privacy when Ed all needed a break We had 4 couples and 3 toddlers and there was the perfect amount of space for all The house is SPOTLESS!! Loved having the bar area by the pool and a downstairs bathroom and shower with hot water to use after the beach and swimming The bathrooms are amazing, like a five star hotel Therff we is a fridge in garage which really helped with storage of drinks If I could say anything it is that the balconies while huge were tough for toddlers Not alot of green space for them to just play So close to the beach ( one block) We would love to stay there again in the future Well worth the cost

    Cleanliness and amenities top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with plenty of space and location. Pool and bar area make for a lovely area to spend time. Rental company was wonderful and made everything very easy. Would definitely stay in this beautiful home again.
