Easy access to the river with the kayaks

Another amazing trip to the River Bungalow! We absolutely love staying there and it has all the amenities one could need. We have stayed several times and would highly recommend. Several great restaurants nearby, and Native Fishing Charters in the same neighborhood, who were absolue amazing!

Thank you for a wonderful week in your beautiful home! The house has everything you need! It is clean, kitchen has all appliances you need! The pool/pool area is always an added bonus for relaxing in the afternoons after a long day of fishing. I’ve used the gas fire pit both stays. Thank you for all the little extras that support bringing your dog. As someone who brings their boat- deep canal, the floating dock, power and water availability are all great! Have stayed here 2 years in a row for my spring break. Hoping to come back next year!

Clean, well stocked and thoughtfully organized kitchen cabinets. Great heated pool and great access to walking trails.

Property was clean, charmingly decorated and convenient to most of the springs. Host was quick to respond and accommodating. The heated pool was a lifesaver.

The house was clean with a great floor plan. It was very well equipped and the pool area was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. . Thank oh cation was wonderful. We felt close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Very nice place to stay! Vanessa is great to work with! House is stocked very well with supplies. Communication was great! I give this a 5 star review because everything was easy to deal with and everything went very well. Pool was awesome. My wife loved it!

AMAZING Family Friendly house with pool, boat dock, and boat access to the bay. House well decorated and very clean. Great kitchen for cooking at home and grilling out. Plenty of room for family and friends-3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Owner is so polite and very responsive to my questions. Dead end street, very quiet neighborhood and neighbors are chill. 100% will return.

Had a blast, the house was everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, clean, extras offered were great such as pool towels, toys, floats. Even toys for our furbaby. Weather was extremely hot, but the pool kept us all cool and comfortable.

The property was as described and more. Great location if you bring a boat. Easy access to boat ramp and waterway. Pool was perfect temperature. Great after a day of fishing and boating. This was our 2nd time staying. 1st was Memorial Weekend Wedding in CR in 2022. This was our 3rd year Anniversary Weekend.

Great house with all the amenities... from the couch, to the dock, to the pool, comfy beds, everything!!! Owner was extremely friendly, kind and quick. Centrally located in an extremely peaceful neighborhood. We cannot say enough good things! A truly wonderful week we had! Can't wait to return!

Property location is excellent.However, the house needs attention! Lighting (interior & exterior), blinds, landscaping, and exterior are long overduefor inspection and correction. Some of these issues were therr last year.

This is the perfect balance of relaxing home/pool space for the kids (7&10 year old girls) combined with all the activities you could want for those of us that prefer to be on the move. Crystal Springs is an outdoor paradise with so much to see and do. This home was the very best base for us to accomplish everything we wanted to do. Then we could come home and play in the pool until we were ready to drop into very comfy beds!! The owner was awesome when I had a couple questions and answered them right away. We cannot imagine a better area to visit. We can’t wait to come back again!

We arrived about 6 weeks after Helene hit. Most places had at least 3' of water in them. Many nearby homes were still being remodeled. This home was spotless. Likely the cleanest rental I've ever used. Everything was as according to the listing. Excellent location. Great communication with host.

We had a great time. The house was so clean....great cleaning staff. The beds and showers were wonderful. The furniture in the den was very comfortable. The dock was perfect. Loved the dog items! Well stocked kitchen!

I can't describe how much we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Crystal River! It was easily the best holiday home we ever stayed in. The house is incredibly well equipped and there was truly nothing more we could have wished for. Everything was beautifully furnished, clean, the beds and the couch were so comfy. Communication with the owner was very good. The heated pool was the best, especially because the outside temperatures weren't that hot in winter and we could enjoy the pool nevertheless (which we did a lot!). We loved the kayaks and explored the area with them. You can watch turtles from your own dock. One of our kids once insisted they saw a manatee, which is possible in theory, but I can't confirm it 100% ;) There's a lot to do in the area - definitely visit Three Sister Springs - it was crowded with manatees when we were there! And go on a tour to swim with the manatees too. It's such an amazing experience. When we come back to Crystal River, we'll definitely come back to your amazing house! Our last stay was magical but way too short!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. We were super pleased with the home. It was comfy, with soft linens, blankets and towels - but it was the other little kid friendly details that made it such a wonderful place to stay for our family. From tons of pool towels, kayaks, crab trap and bikes outside to games and puzzles, and finally Disney+ access inside - it was truly kid friendly and made for an enjoyable stay. Home was clean and a great overall experience for us. We never needed to call the owner - everything was perfect!

We had a great time at this lovely waterfront home. It was perfect for our annual scalloping trip. The floating dock with bumpers is ideal for parking a boat, the canal is deep and there is easy access to the Gulf. We loved the screened in patio area with ample seating options, the firepit and a huge pool. The home is very clean, the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, the beds are comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and have done a wonderful job of providing all the little things that make you feel at home. Having so many kayaks and bikes available is a huge plus - there is a lot to explore nearby. We've stayed in several vacation homes in the area, and this is our favorite. We hope to visit again next year!
