Upon entering the home, take a moment before walking upstairs and enjoy the beauty of the foyer, the lower levelsitting room, and the private study that features a sleeper sofa. It defines the quality and workmanship of this incredible home. Featuring a reverse floor plan, four bedrooms are located on the first level of the home. Each of the four bedrooms have new king mattresses, all new furnishings and two feature a private bath, and two share a jack/jill bath. One of the highlights of the first level is the front large deck. Also featured on the first level is a ½ bath near the study.

On the second level of the home you will enter into the beautifully decorated living area. Both the living room and dining area feature new furniture purchased from one of the finest stores in Charleston. The construction, design, and hold no short cuts at 311 Carolina Boulevard. The dining area has seating for 12 with an additional seating at the kitchen island for 4. 311 Carolina is a chef's dream with exceptional stainless-steel appliances and an extra-large built in refrigerator. The custom cabinets and granite countertops complete this high-end kitchen. As a bonus, just off of the kitchen is the wet bar with wine refrigerator. The open floor plan unfolds to a spacious deck that has seating for the entire family, dining area and gas grill. A second deck holds views of the saltwater marsh and the Cooper River Bridge. Finally, the master bedroom is featured on the second level, framed with large windows, king bed, and spacious bath with a huge glass shower.

The piece de resistance of this amazing home has to be third level ocean view deck. Comfortable seating will provide you hours of enjoyment as you look out over the Atlantic from this commanding view! 311 Carolina Boulevard sits atop a natural sand dune that is the highest point of the island and from the rooftop deck is easily the best view of the island from a home on Carolina Boulevard. You really do have to see it to believe it!

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- The pool can be heated between Sept - March (ambient temperature must average over 55F), for $125/day plus tax (4 night minimum) with at least 24hrs notice.
- Guests must supply their own beach towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

    Our Family vacation was a lovely experience… House was beautifully placed in a peaceful neighborhood with an easy short walk to quiet beach!! The family spent a lot of mornings and evenings on the house’s spacious breezy porches providing Plenty of room for everyone !!

    Our family has now stayed at this home three times over the last 5 years. We love the home and the location. I did not give the home our typical 5 star review because we had multiple issues with the hot water. There were two service trips made to the home and both times, we were told that the problem was fixed, but unfortunately it was not. We had hot water in the showers, but the kitchen sink and all bathroom sinks never had hot water. Not sure how that could be, but that was the case. Hopefully, the homeowner can get this issue fixed for any upcoming guests!

    This house was one of the best that we have stayed at on IOP. The layout of the house was perfect and the outdoor living space provided wonderful entertaining and dining space. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

    I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a modern, clean, comfortable and convenient home. We arrived and the house was exactly as expected — arguably even better. It’s easy to get to and from the beach, into town and close to local markets. It’s spacious, has everything you need and the views are spectacular!

    We rented 311 Carolina for our family vacation! The house was newly renovated and had beautiful ocean views and a terrific kitchen and bedrooms. The house had an elevator which made it easy to move all of our luggage. The management company was great and very responsive. Enjoyed it!

    This is a very nice house that we enjoyed for a one week stay in late May 2021. The property is in great condition, and can easily accommodate two families. We stayed as one family, and had lots of extra room, which was a treat. Property management was responsive to our questions. The short walk to the beach was great. The pool, while unheated, turned out to be fine given the warm climate. The elevator was a nice bonus feature, especially for luggage. Overall, this is an outstanding rental home.

    The property was immaculate and the pictures didn’t do it justice. By far the best rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean and spotless. We made full use of the kitchen and it was properly stocked for our needs. I literally have no complaints. My only suggestion would be to put a television in every bedroom but for many, that won’t matter. I would not hesitate to book again. We’re already talking about making the trip to Charleston an annual one and always booking this property.
