I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This will be our 5th year renting the Summer Sand through Gibson Sotheby's. Denise is always an absolute pleasure to deal with. We love the rental and its proximity to Bayview Beach which in my opinion is one of the nicest beaches on the Cape!We will continue to rent this property as long as it's available!

Stayed Jun 19, 2021House was great although dated. I grew up in seventies so felt at home…haha! Everything was clean and functional. Great location.

The house was very clean and comfortable. They had air conditioners in each bedroom which we needed for our week. Would highly recommend the house, so convenient to the beach which is what we wantedMy only comment was the beds were not hat comfortable and the wifi was very weak,but would stay at the house again!!

The house was an easy walk to the beach (1/3 of a mile). The house was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped. The only negatives were the beds are very hard and the Wi-Fi is weak, but both of those are minor compared to being in such a glorious location.
