Everything in 3001 Palm Boulevard has been updated. The main floor of the home welcomes you to an open floor plan. The dining area and kitchen are on one side with the main living room and den on the other. The dining room table is large and can seat twelve with two extra seats available at the kitchen island. The living room and den features all updated furniture and decor. The den is highlighted with a 65” flat screen television, sound system and fireplace.
Step into the Chef’s dream kitchen and you will find top of the line custom cabinets, Vetrostone countertops made with oyster shells and glass accents. Appliances include a Thermodor cooktop, double ovens, warming drawer and wine cooler.
Upstairs, 3001 Palm Boulevard features five bedrooms. Three bedrooms, including the master, are highlighted with a king bed and direct access to the upper deck that has ocean views. If multiple families or friends are traveling together, the master bedroom is perfectly designed with direct access to the kids’ room. With two full beds, the kids’ room and master bedroom are attached and share a common space. The only access to the kids' room is through the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a king bed and overlooks the private swimming pool and spa.
3001 Palm Boulevard is only 2 short blocks from the Isle of Palms Recreation Center which features a huge playground, tennis, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, fitness classes and a workout room!

This is a beautiful home. You can see that past renters have no regard for rentals, which is why it needs some updates. Prior to arriving, I reached out to the rental agent who was very responsive. I would go rent with this company again. The beach gear credit was great and so easy to order. The location is great. The location is great, beach access is right across the street. Not an issue crossing, and you cannot hear the traffic when you are inside. The view is now blocked by a home not a big deal, but the pic is misleading. This is a dog friendly rental, Yay...but you can smell the urine in the living area. The upstairs carpet is another example of past rental abuse terribly stained. The pool lights do not work, the outdoor kitchen grill is a true fire hazard. It has not been cleaned in a VERY long time and nearly caught fire on us. The sauna was not useable and had a horrible smell to it. That whole area needs some TLC. The front porch was lovely, but the seating and swing is tired and abused. Overall, it was good. I'm sure a few years ago it would have been worth what I paid.
I would say, for a rental: very nice in that everything important worked and was in good shape. The proximity to the beach was great! Pool lights were not working therefore we did not swim at night. Lights in the pool area were not functional. It looks like they had been gas at some point. Front Yard and out door kitchen well worn and could use some attention. Some touch up painting also needed. The front porch was wonderful, but lights were out and not functioning. Porch furniture was very stained. Some stains on the carpet at the top of the stairs. But again, for a busy rental, quite adequate.
We completely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The layout is great, we had plenty of room for 10 adults and a toddler (and our dog too!). The kitchen was well-stocked. Serving Christmas dinner was easy. The table sat 10 comfortably for dinner and our card games afterwards. One word of caution, the fifth bedroom really is off the master bedroom. It worked out but we were all family. The beach is fantastic and a short walk across the street. Not crowded with tons of room for everyone to run around. And we flew kites! The daybed on the front porch was THE hangout spot for our family. We enjoyed the sea breeze and sunshine. The upstairs porch was wonderful for morning coffee too. The elevator made loading and unloading so easy. And was key for the 85 year olds. The only disappointment was that we didn’t win the $500 million lottery so we could buy it!
Perfect location and proximity to the beach. We had rented multiple houses and this was one of the best!! Plenty of room and space plus comfortable beds. Would rent again and highly recommend.

Beautiful house in good condition. Lovely fenced back yard with pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Some quirks: upper oven installed too high to use safely. Palm Blvd has heavy traffic all day. It is noisy and difficult to cross.
We had a wonderful time at Isle of Palms. The house was beautiful and location perfection. The house allowed pets and we were thrilled that the house was in great shape. Many pet friendly homes to rent are absolute wrecks, not this one!!! It was great!!
The house was perfect for a family vacation. It was very clean when we arrived and having the gear and groceries delivered was a definite plus. The private pool, easy access to the beach and location in general made this house the perfect vacation getaway. The porch swing was awesome and used by everyone!!!
Stayed here for a bachelor party. The house was more than large enough to accommodate 8 guys. Pool area was nice and so was the living room. Ubers were easy to get with a quick ride to downtown. Also very close to the grocery store on the island. Overall I would recommend this property.
