3 Twin Oaks Lane Cottage is a renovated spacious three-bedroom home with two full baths. Recent upgrades include a new sunroom, a new ceiling featuring shiplap planks, and a new kitchen. All new furnishings are featured throughout the home! Best yet, 3 Twin Oaks Lane has the unique amenity of an enclosed garage making it the perfect place to securely keep your beach bikes and beach chairs with plenty of room left over for a game of ping pong. Time to hit the beach It is easy from Twin Oaks with a paved beach access path on 57th Avenue.

3 Twin Oaks Lane welcomes you with an open floor plan. You will first notice the well-designed living/dining area and kitchen. Clean and freshly painted with the shiplap ceiling and all-new living room furniture, this area of the home is delightful. The sunroom, where your family will gather each evening to relive the day’s adventure, features a huge wrap-around sofa with a large flat-screen television and floor-to-ceiling windows where native palmetto trees grow.

Three bedrooms are featured at 3 Twin Oaks Lane. The master bedroom has been renovated. It features a king bed with a flat-screen television and a private bath. A queen bed is featured in the guest bedroom with direct deck access. Finally, the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. Each guest bedroom shares access to the hall bath.

Additional Amenities Include:
• High speed internet with Wi-Fi.
• Full size washer and dryer.
• Parking for three cars.
• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- This property does not have access to a pool.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There are three parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

    The house was an easy walk to the beach. Renting a cart from VayKLife made the trek to and from the beach so easy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances and kitchen tools. The large kitchen table was a great place to hang out to play games. The sunroom had a comfy sofa for quiet morning coffee and then in the evening for a quiet movie with the family.

    Perfect location for a family vacation. Plenty of room and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The sunroom was our favorite spot when staying in. The community was very quiet which we loved as well! I appreciated how AvantStay provided so many recommendations and options for our stay, and quickly answered any question we had about the property, nearby shops and vendors. This was our first time visiting the area so the recommendations and guidance were very helpful to us. We would definitely stay here again!

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Covered parking was a nice surprise. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and makes for larger living space. The sun room with comfortable sectional was a favorite. Will definitely stay here again.

    A great place for the family. We spent the week at Wild Dunes, and this house was convenient to the pools, restaurants, and beach. We would definitely stay there again.

    Great property, the sunroom was my favorite place to be. Location is absolutely perfect. Only complaint is that many of the outlets do not work so it was tricky to plug-in, hair dryers, chargers, etc. there was plenty of dishwasher detergent, but only one for laundry. For the price. They could include a couple more. These are little things and will not deter me from rebooking!

    Came here for a last minute spring break trip with the family. House was very clean and roomy. Neighborhood was quiet which was perfect for us. The living room area was great and had plenty of space to watch the ACC Tournament with everyone.

    There were 6 of us. 4 adults and 2 teens. The house had everything we needed except beach gear, which was explained prior to arrival. Kitchen has everything, though if you plan to eat at the house, I’d take an extra set of dish towels. If there are more than 4 people staying, I’d plan on taking some toilet paper as well. Only a few rolls provided. Overall, fantastic house and location of you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach.

    Twin Oaks delivered just as advertised. close to everything, modern, well accommodated, absolutely everything you need in the kitchen. The back sunporch and lower deck are fantastic. We even enjoyed playing a round of ping-pong and corn hole under the deck.
