This coastal resort home is the perfect setting for your next beach vacation with family and friends. Ideally located just a short walk from the beach and the heart of the resort, this spacious vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates 8 or more guests.

Nestled in a private cul-de-sac on Shad Row, the home welcomes you with a peaceful setting and a sense of privacy. Step inside to a bright, open foyer and explore the inviting layout. The first floorfeatures a beautiful living room with a large fireplace, along with an additional sunny sitting area that provides extra space to relax.

The open-concept design flows into a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring a large island with bar seating, granite countertops, a wet bar, and all essential appliances. The adjacent dining area includes a large table perfect for shared meals and gatherings.

From the main living area, step out onto the expansive back deck overlooking the private in-ground pool. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, offering lounge chairs, a hammock, a picnic table, and plenty of room to unwind or take a refreshing swim.

Sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged across two levels. The first-floor primary suite features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool area. Also on the first floor is a second bedroom with a queen bed, a nearby hall bathroom, and private access to a screened front porch. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds—sharing a spacious full bathroom.

Located within the gated community of Wild Dunes Resort, guests can enjoy access to world-class amenities including two scenic golf courses (The Links Course and The Harbor Course), the Sand & Sea Spa, and a variety of on-site dining options ranging from fresh seafood to Southern cuisine. A short drive also brings you to historic downtown Charleston for shopping, dining, and cultural experiences, as well as the beautiful Isle of Palms beaches and Front Beach area.

Please note: neither the main pool nor the small wading/sitting pool are heatable, and the wading pool does not include jets.

Beach access is located via a pedestrian path from the cul-de-sac at the end of Shad Row, connecting to Palm Boulevard between 54th and 55th Avenue.

**** RENOURSHMENT PROJECT: We wanted to let you know that the City will be performing a beach renourishment project in order to enhance and preserve our beautiful shoreline. While the work involves moving sand to widen the beach, it will primarily take place around low tide hours and should have minimal impact on your enjoyment. You may notice some equipment and hear occasional beeping from trucks during the day, but beach access will remain open and safe throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still have a relaxing and memorable stay by the ocean!

    3 Shad Row was a beautiful vacation rental for our family of seven! Everyone loved the peaceful location and the brief walk to the beach. The pool was most refreshing after our morning visits to the beach and the screened in porch became a morning gathering place for coffee and entertainment from the two resident hawks of the neighborhood and other bird conversations! A five star rental! We will, definitely, plan to return in the future!

Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The one and only thing missing was a full length mirror and the only problem was the rug in the 2nd downstairs bedroom which was very slippery. We loved this house and would definitely stay again. Very easy walk to the beach and lots of things to do in Wild Dunes. Not your generic, sterile rental, with no personal touches.
