The home was amazing view great size cozy and very peaceful. The management was amazing always very attentive and ready to help . And Thanks for the wonderful cookies they were divine.

Great stay!

Our stay was fantastic. The host was very responsive and the house was clean and well taken care of. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us to enjoy the weekend and had plenty of room for the dog to run and play.

Our stay at Mountain View Lodge was great. Nice place made for a cozy environment. Game room gave us some good entertainment after a few days out seeing sights and activities. Was definitely a place a family of 7 could comfortably sprawl out and relax. Location is great for getting places. Host was welcoming, and sure to check in to see if we needed anything. (Through text, not stopping by, ). And gave some good info on checking out what the Black Hills has to offer. Would highly recommend.

The property was perfect and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. Everything was well thought out and it felt like home away from home.

We loved our stay here! The setting was beautiful, loved the sunrises and deer watching. Beds were super comfortable and the game room was a hit.

We had an incredible stay at this property. The house had everything we needed to feel right at homeOne of the highlights was the wildlife that we watched from the deck. The arcade room was where we spent our evenings.Everything was clean and well kept. Communication with the host was fast and smooth.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we will be back next year!!

Wonderful stay!

Came for the Sturgis 2025 Rally and the location of this property in Lead, SD is pretty good. It’s right down the road from Deadwood and less than 30 min to Sturgis. The space downstairs in the garage is great for 4-6 bikes but the city rule about not having an unattached trailer on the street was a bummer. Check with the PD to see if they can give you suggestions on where to park your trailer if you plan on using your tow vehicle to get around some. The house was a nice size with good views but a lot of staircases, so be aware. Enjoyed having a big laundry room on the bottom floor, with laundry shoots in the bathrooms, for those days we got back from riding and needed to get those items cleaned. Wish the check out time was a little later, but it still wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mountain View Lodge. It was very clean and just as pictured. Owners were in touch with us the entire stay in case we needed anything. A great home base for this area!

House is big and beautiful! Close to LEAD town. The house was clean, well stocked kitchen, very fun game room downstairs, nice set-up for family gatherings, deck for watching fireworks, good towels, washer and dryer. Host left us amazing cookies as welcome, and seemed genuinely happy we had large family gather there.

The scenery is beautiful, the windows in the living space were great especially in the morning. I loved drinking my coffee on the deck!!! Lots of room for everyone and the town was great. Thank you for having us!!!

Perfect for our group of 6. We rode sxs trails all day and the house was the perfect place to come back shower and relax or get cleaned up to go out for supper. Short ride to Deadwood for supper and shopping as well. Teenagers kept entertained in game room!

Stayed here for a family ski trip! Jim was great to work with. House was very clean and accurately described. Great location for all activities and restaurants. Game room was a hit with the whole family. Would definitely stay again!

Lead/Deadwood trip that was top notch. This home was exceptionally comfy,warm and made you feel as if you were at home. Beds were comfortable. Did a quick road trip from this home to Mt Rushmore and Devils Tower, perfect day. Close to Deadwood yet located in a quiet neighborhood. Uninvited yet welcoming daily guests- deer and many turkeys. We had a ton of communication from Jim. It was exactly as described. The location was great. The house was clean and the perfect place for a weekend away. We would definitely stay here again!
