The property has been recently renovated and tastefully redecorated. Only a few minutes from the metro station.

Stayed May 29, 2024Good amount of space for a short stay (4 people, max)- the only toilet is on the ground floor, with the door directly in the kitchen/eating/lounge area (no privacy), while the shower is upstairs. In terms of cleanliness, some cookware had to be washed before use, the pillow cases were dirty/stained (not sure which, so didn't use the pillows). And, there was a huge stain on the sofa seat, covered by a blanket. (The sofa was so dirty, we did not sit on it without the blanket down and would not consider it for sleeping.) Consider the location - it is not quaint or near cafes & most/all buildings have bars on the windows. Walking from the street to the apartment door required passing trash cans, cleaning supplies, laundry, cooking supplies, etc.
