Stayed Dec 27, 2024Property was very dirty! I had to connect the host to see how to check in,she forgot to text us. When we got in the air was not working. Contacted the host and we had to go buy batteries for the thermostat. I had to contact her again for the wi-fi info and for the trash pick up. When we needed the furnace it wasn't working. Had to wait on repair man. The lock broke on the front door. Then she tried to tell us check out was 9am but our paperwork said 11am. She did honor that. Would not recommend this property. The house was very plain. Only one tv. One couch in the living room and it was terrible. When i rent a house in Florida i want it to look like Florida.
