3 Bedroom House - 5 Minute Walk to Pristine Beach

Overall perfect layout and comfortable setting for a family get-away! The kitchen came with everything we needed- included all amenities that worked perfectly. We appreciate the location too!

Check in was smooth, great fit for our family of 6. It is an ideal spot for IOP beach access. Short walk and very quiet spot on the beach.

Aggie’s place was awesome! The location was great, a four minute walk to the beach, close to shopping, and exactly as listed. The layout was perfect for our group of seven. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the house. It is in a great location, close to the beach and other activities, but far enough from town to be quiet. The house is laid out nice with a bathroom for every bedroom and great space for our family. Everything was clean and there were beach towels and beach chairs for us to use. Highly recommend.

We lo.ved the house and the location -- great neighborhood and short walk to the beach. The house had such a wonderful family vibe from the owners and we really enjoyed staying at this house. The back deck was perfect for hanging out and outdoor dining!

This property was surprising in how well it accommodated our group. It was very clean and well laid out. It was also very well stocked, especially the kitchen. We were generously provided with enough supplies to last us for our visit, reducing trips to Harris Teeter and saving us money. The living room and dining room have lovely furniture. It is a sort walk to the beach and there were beach equipment and towels on the premises for our use. The owner was very responsive to any question I had. We would certainly chose this house again if we return to Isle of Palms.

We could not have asked for a more perfect spot for our girls trip. The house was so sweet and cozy. The back deck was so lovely for hanging out and taking photos and the living room was perfect for late night debriefing. There was plenty of space for us and the location truly couldn't be better. It felt like we had our own private beach right across the street. Martha was a fabulous host and was so easy to communicate with. We would be so happy to stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The property is a short walk from the beach and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would stay at this home again in the future.

Short walk to the beach. House was exactly what we needed for our family group. Glad to have the wagon to haul chairs to the beach.

When we pulled up, the house looked older, but we were pleasantly surprised with the cozy updated inside. We were able to spend lots of time together and enjoy meals together with our adult children!

Love the location. Short walk to the beach and it is at a spot that is almost always uncrowded. House is a great fit for our family. This was our third time there and we hope we can go again!

Everything was great!

My expectations were exceeded. The house was perfect for us with 3 ensuite bedrooms. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking meals. And the location is perfect: far enough away from the crowds at the resort and the pier/public beach. It was a very short walk. It's also close to the marina, which was perfect for watching the sunset.

It was a wonderful home to stay in. Great space and good location.
