- 1 reserved parking space located in the driveway. There is free street parking available, however keep in mind a spot may be hard to come by during the busy months.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Note: The house is located next to a busier road, so you may hear some road noise during your stay.

- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.

    The house was great with lots of outside and inside areas for hanging out. There is only bar counter seating inside but two large tables outside are good when gathering for meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking meals in. Perfect location between Santa Cruz and Capitola and within walking to the beach. The rental company was very responsive and helpful.
