3 bedroom home on golf course. Heated pool! Remote work,kid,pet friendly!

We enjoyed the outdoor space (e.g., the heated pool and playing in the back yard). The house was fully equipped and the communication with owners was outstanding. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

First let me say that I have never given a poor review on a previous VRBO stay and I reached out to the host after our stay with the below info and did not receive a reply. Overall, I think overpriced and here are some reasons why:The kitchen was ill equipped and pans very dirty. As a result we had to purchase plastic glasses among other items. The pantry door was constantly coming off and kitchen chairs cracked. Overall, it was not very clean: dried dog urine on the comforter and dog fur covering the extra blankets. The couch and rugs were badly stained. The bunk bed was so wobbly and a safety concern we had to take the mattress off the lower bunk and put it on the floor for use. The master bedroom mattress itself was stained and there was no mattress cover. The pillows were all stained as well. We did however, enjoy the pool. The weather was unusually hot for that time of year so the pool was enjoyable. The inside temp and pool temp were controlled by owner which was frustrating at times.

Beautiful home, check in excellent, very quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting outside for breakfast and at night. The only issue we had was the pool was not heated and it was one thing that I had asked before booking :(

This was our third time staying at this property. As always, the house is clean and well taken care of. The beds are comfortable. We really appreciate that Kaitie and her husband continue to maintain the property in excellent shape. The photos are exactly what the property looks like. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything!! We’ll be back!!

Very comfortable

What an amazing home in a great location. My wife and I dropped off our twin boys at college and decided to stay in Arizona for a month. This house was absolutely perfect. We swam in the pool every single day. We took the dogs for walks every single day. There was a great park less than a mile down the road in another one just over 2 miles down the road that we really enjoyed walking with our dogs. We joined mountainside fitness, which was less than 2 miles down the road. We enjoyed going to the P 83 shops and restaurants which was only about 3 miles down the road. I really can’t say enough about the location. The house itself was excellent. I wake up every day with back pain at home and I did not have back pain. One time sleeping in this bed.The host Kaitie was great. She was very responsive when I had a question. we had one day when a sandstorm blew through so there was sand all in the bottom of the pool and she had the pool cleaner come the next day to get it taken care of. We are already looking to rebook for a month when we come back to Arizona.

We had a lovely stay! The house was clean and well cared for. The pool was great for the kids and the baby gates were very helpful.

Great experience

We were in town dor a Krav Maga testing event. Yhe house was conveniently located. The pool was beautiful, the beds were really comfortable and the house was very clean.

We had an overall amazing experience. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale were about a 20-30 min drive. The house itself was great! The pool was large and deep, didn’t seem to be overloaded with chemicals which we really loved. The outdoor space provided plenty to do if you want to be in the shade or sun. The house was fully stocked to include a ton of spices which was nice when we decided to cook breakfast in the mornings. The master bedroom had a pretty comfortable bed with good back support and linens. communication with the host was effortless and very fast. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others! Thank you so much for such an excellent experience!!

Oh my gosh!!! I’ve never been on a more relaxed vacation in my entire adult existence. I enjoyed seeing my twin sister’s faces when they learned that I had rented this beautiful home for their 60th birthday. We enjoyed our stay and each other’s company so much so we hardly ever left the home. The beds were so comfortable. I just can’t say enough about the home. I’m hoping to come back for my next vacation. Thank you so very much and may God Bless you. I’ll give it 10 Stars!

Property was totally not clean, below photo is dirt and dog hair, living room furniture needs serious cleaning. Upstairs bedroom bed spread has holes and very worn. Master bath does not have one towel rack. Very disappointed considering what we paid. Fridge had old condiments from prior renter and fridge died, 3 1/2 days to get a new fridge.

Pool was not heated enough to use

Enjoyed the location in a family neighborhood with lots of amenities nearby. Nice grassy area for our dog. Beautiful pool with pretty sunset golf course view.

I try to stay close to my daughter’s home. This house was close. The pictures are not quite accurate and the house seems to be in some sort of update. The deadbolt on the front screen door is missing. Some of the window locks are broken, screens missing. The towels for the bathrooms have been well used. The dishwasher doesn’t work well and the venting on the cooktop only works if the microwave door is open .. If a cleaning crew had been through before we checked in, they forgot to pick up their false eyelashes from the downstairs power room. The master bathroom is lacking any source of a towel bar or hooks, except the 1 on the back of the door and the bathtub was filthy. I reached out to Kaitie on the day of check in to receive the door code, only to be reminded with a healthy list of house rules before receiving the code. I didn’t get a welcome feeling .. The location has the potential to be a great space but in this moment, i found it to be lacking. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your community because it truly has a lot to offer and is close to so much but I will not rent this space again. ~TracyAnn Kurcz

We stayed a little over a week and it felt like it was our home. It had everything we needed and wanted. Just location and the views of the sunsets were spectacular!

We needed a place to call home while we moved our son back to college, Katie’s place was the perfect spot. We enjoyed the pool and perfect Peoria/Glendale location. The upstairs office was perfect for work calls and still be close to family. The house has everything you could possibly need and is well taken care of - we enjoyed our 10 days in a place that felt like home.
