- 2 reserved parking spaces located in a long driveway. Cars will need to be parked front to back. There is free street parking available, however keep in mind a spot may be hard to come by during the busy months.

- Back deck with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)

Guests will have access to the entire home, except the outdoor shed & a couple closets inside that are reserved for owner's storage.

You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

    Everything were great except we had plms with TV and remote on Sat.. We were disappointed to miss Cal football game.. Sunday we tried our best and got TV back on., Whew!!! Ok

    This property was amazing. As soon as you open the door, the dramatic high ceilings and comfy decor make a big impression. We had six people staying and it did not feel cramped. The back yard amenities were fantastic and we loved being able to eat at the huge dining table. Every thing about this place is great. Only thing to note is that the bridge connecting this part of town with the boardwalk is closed for constuction. Neighbors told us though that there is a weekend ferry. Plan to use it!
