Charlottesville, Virginia
Charming ranch on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Locust Grove neighborhood of Charlottesville. Our house is family and pet friendly with a small yard, fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee bar with all the essentials included. Everything you need to prepare meals and convenient to downtown and the Pantops area of Charlottesville. Off street parking for one car with additional street parking available.
Great little house, would definitely stay here again. Clean, easy to get to, parking. Only suggestion would be to complete the fence so people with dogs could let them off leash in the backyard.
I had a wonderful time in this cute centrally located home. Me, my best friend and mom celebrated my 40th birthday and it was the perfect spot. Also the extras they provided were so much appreciated!!
My two sisters and I were in Charlottesville for our nephew's wedding. We needed 3 bedrooms and this place looked like a good choice. Turned out to be perfect for us - affordable and well located for getting around. Plenty of privacy and all rooms were well out-fitted. The hosts have thought of all the right amenities and provided very nice extras - snacks, beverages, bathroom supplies. Easy entry, easy wifi, easy TV access. House is on dead end street, so very quiet. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed Charlottesville and staying at the property made it more enjoyable. Thank!
Experience was excellent. I highly recommend this stay
Everything was wonderful during our stay. Close to UVA but also in a quiet neighborhood. So much better than just a hotel room. We plan to visit again.
This was a very comfortable, perfectly situated location for our long weekend. We visited wineries throughout the region and came home to my 2 cats who joined us on the trip.
Great little house for a small family. Two of the beds were a little soft. Bathroom could use some TLC. Tub/shower needs to meet FHA standards. Appreciated the snacks and coffee bar
Property was exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood that was a short drive to restaurants and things to do. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Charlottesville.
Thank you so much for sharing your adorable home with us. The check in process was seamless and having all the special welcoming snacks was very thoughtful. The location was perfect and accommodated myself and three kids easily. I definitely recommend this wonderful property to stay at during a vacation to Charlottesville!
It's a 3/1 with fenced yard for the fur babies, which is why we chose rhis home.
We were in the area to visit Luray Caverns, Thomas Jefferson's home and Shenendoah National Park. We found this property to be perfect. It was exactly as pictured and described. We could not have thought of anything we needed that wasn't provided. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and has a driveway parking spot and on street parking. Communication was quick and easy. When we checked in we found a variety of soft drinks, water (all cold), ice in the freezer, light snacks in a basket in the kitchen. There was a coffee maker, with coffee, a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffees available. There are so many little things available I know I am missing things. We have used VRBO more than 30 times and this location is among the best we have experienced. I rated this location 5 stars only because I could not leave a higher one.
My two dogs and I spent three nights in Charlottesville, visiting family and friends. Chris was amazing! He made our stay so easy. The home is lovely. Clean and cozy, with a fenced back yard for fur babies. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Charlottesville.
Great host/hostess. Just a short drive to University of VA, and historical sites.
Great place for a girls’ weekend in Charlottesville! The location was amazing, and the house was just what we needed!
Four sisters spent three nights in this quaint and tidy home. It is obvious the owners put a lot of thought and care into providing a comfortable place with everything you need. The location was great for being close to the downtown and within short drives to several historic sights. We will definitely keep this place in mind for any future trips to Charlottesville.
A perfect amount of space for 2 traveling professionals! close to downtown and Monticello! Totally would stay here again
The communication with our hosts was very prompt and they went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed, including bringing us a blender for our smoothies. The home has a full kitchen with all you need to create your own meals. The location is very close to downtown and lots of great restaurants are close by. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for taking walks. For those who like to work out it the YMCA is within 10 minutes drive and you can get a day pass for only $10 per person. We are very thankful to our hosts for making sure our stay was comfortable.
This was a perfect home away from home for our family trip to Charlottesville. The house is tastefully, but minimally decorated, leaving plenty of room for us to strew our own stuff around. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a thoughtful perk. We also appreciated the generous supply of towels and extra blankets.
Enjoyed our stay here once again. Accurate photos & description, quiet neighborhood, close to Downtown and Pantops area amenities, responsive hosts.
