3 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Full Kitchen with Laundry,

The house was clean, the owners were friendly, communicative, and take care of the property. We met the owners dad who was as sweet as could be. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner and any issues resolved quickly (a burnt out lightbulb was replaced by the owner). The house was exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. We appreciate the hospitality.

Great home for the weekend.

Very nice property in a super quiet neighborhood! Well-appointed kitchen helped us make some meals. The appliances are all quite modern and worked great. We reached out to the owner with a question about check-in and they wrote us back almost immediately. We picked this because it was relatively easy to access downtown via bicycle. Great price for a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed space.

This was our second stay here and we’d definitely return. Great location and well stocked kitchen with snacks and coffee! Bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The only issues this stay was a dirty shower curtain and the toilet made a weird noise when flushed. Great stay!

The property was a bit smaller than expected, but once we got inside, the rooms and space were well laid out. We were not disappointed. We thank our hosts for all the hospitality and the amenities provided. The location was very central to everything around Charlottesville and the surrounding area.

We rented this for wedding party, and it served it's purpose.The groom slept well the night before the wedding. Only downside is that the bathroom could have been cleaner. Shower curtain was mildewy. But, nice neighborhood, and close to the venue.

This house was perfect for my wife and I for a wedding weekend. Clean, quiet and well provisioned. Great backyard to keep Fido happy too! There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided. We will be back!

nice home close to downtown areas

A nice basic place to stay with plenty of linens, snacks, coffee with fixings. Family neighborhood. Safe to walk. Trails nearby.

This tidy 3-bedroom met all our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the living room had lots of natural light for reading. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Having a washer and dryer meant we could pack light.

The house was not cleaned properly. The furnishings need updating. I put a sheet over the couch so I would not have to sit directly on it. Towels were old with bleach stains. Pillows were old and uncomfortable- went to buy a new one after my 1st night so I could sleep comfortably the rest of my stay. The location was good for my trip.

Didn’t appreciate the fact that we had to clean when we got there as the floors where not swept which meant they weren’t scrubbed as well.. there was spillage in the fridg and urine in the toilet..

House was perfect for my family of 4 adults. Great location near stores malls etc The host had soda, water, coffee and snacks for us when we arrived which was a great touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Charolettesville.

This home was the perfect place to relax in during our visit to Charlottesville! Great location, easy check in, beautiful home. The beds are a little hard, but still comfortable. The owners left snacks and refreshments which was very much appreciated; as was the AC! We would definitely stay here again.

6 of us were traveling for a family wedding and need a comfortable and affordable place to stay and this is exactly whet we needed. The location was convenient and there was enough space for us. The host was gracious and responsive.
