Excellent stay! Close enough to where we needed to be, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

This house suited our family perfectly. Roomy house we all had plenty of space for the six of us. I loved the location, quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to bus stop got us right to metro to get into city. Did not hear the train at night or the neighbors. Never had an adjustable bed before and putting my feet up after a day of walking 11 miles in DC was great. Thanks for the water, milk and juice. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Home was comfortable, beds were comfortable. Great location to public transportation. Appreciated the breakfast items. Aldi's is nearby, as well as a cute corner market. We enjoyed our visit.

Parking easy. Laundry was nice to have. REALLY appreciated having bananas, Cheerios, milk, OJ, and coffee available. Easy access to bus which brought us to metro.

Property was as described. It was in a quiet neighborhood (even being close to the train, the property was quiet). Host was responsive in answering questions. I would have liked to have known it was a triplex with people in front and back- or I may have missed it in the description. However, it was not an issue. Overall, we were safe, rested well. It was a nice surprise to find that the king bed was an adjustable bed like our at home.

The place was clean and the communication was excellent. We would stay there again.

This is an excellent property to stay at and I'd definitely recommend it to others. The owner is extremely helpful and communicative and even called us to make sure we'd arrived safely with no issues. This is a multi-unit house, but the rental has a private gated entrance on the side of the house. Extremely clean and welcoming. They even provided water bottles, milk, orange juice, cereal, coffee, etc. which was so unexpected and appreciated. Not to mention they also provided nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. We had an amazing stay thanks to this awesome rental.

This property is just as promised. The host is local and fast to respond to questions. She showed us such compassion when we had a family situation requiring a sudden change in plans. She could teach a class in how to successfully managed property.

The property owners are exceptional owners. They provided a complimentary breakfast rach day and the place was located in a great neighborhood and exceptionally clean. Our goal was to spend time viewing the capital and surrounding memorials and to have a stay location near enough to drive to. This home fit that criteria. It was an easy place to locate, it was roomy for the 4 of us, it was very clean, supplied with all the necessities and in a quiet neighborhood. We would suggest this place to others.

This is a comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. It is very close to the bus stop for access to the Metro for getting around DC.

Although the property is a bit dated, it was clean and very spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out with the grandchildren, and it was nice to have a large dining room table at which we could all sit. The cereal and milk was a welcome surprise (and a grandchild pleaser). Communication with the host was easy, making check-in a breeze. I will definitely bookmark this property for the next time we travel to Silver Spring to visit family.

We had a wonderful stay. Place was comfortable and clean. It was a vlose walk to bus station to metro station to take red line into dc. They responded quickly to any messages I sent. I was very pleased.

Introducing our granddaughter to the Smithsonian museums, this was close enough for easy access and far enough away to relax. Definitely a venue we'd love to book again for the next grandchild.

This home was a nice place for our family to stay in the Washington DC area. The Silver Springs location is close to the Beltway, 16th Street, and the Silver Springs Metro stop making getting to DC attractions easy.The owner communicates very well. My wife has several allergies and the home was cleaned well and my wife had no issues during our stay.

Stay was good. More info on property door and parking would have been helpful. Nice that they provided fruit and drinks. Very clean.

Our hostess was amazing with her communication with rapid responses every time! The place was clean, plenty of sleeping space, super easy to access & find, and excellent directions regarding arrival & departure. Definitely would stay again!

There were seven of us staying in this house and it worked out super well! The kitchen was adequately stocked (we had to improvise a little but were able to cook two large family dinners). We really appreciated the large dining table and the porch. Beds are comfy. I was appreciative of the iron. Noteworthy without judgement: the beds in the double room are very squeaky, also we could not figure out which remote to use with the TV and had to navigate via the buttons.

Recommended. This was as described - in and of itself always a big plus - and the host was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Those 2 elements alone make this a place I would return to stay. The amenities are high quality and better than many rentals. We used all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Everything was clean and worked wonderfully. It checks all boxes.

Great communication from our host, the extra groceries were a nice surprise. House was very clean, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Washington D.C., a lot nicer than a cramped hotel room!

Hi, this family host made us comfortable in their space. It is a shared property with another apartment and a third residence, so be sure you know which door to enter (through gated patio). Key in lock box worked fine, plenty of towels, laundry on site available. We had an unfortunate incident with forgetting two pieces of luggage, the hosts are working on helping us get these shipped back to us without having to travel again to get these back; so grateful for that. They meet and exceed expectations, these hosts are good people and deserve nice renters in return. The DC experience was GREAT, we visited the zoo and saw the one of two giant panda (breeding program and habitat) exhibits in the US, the museums, and monuments and I gave my kids a little historical and national experience while here. This is very close to the Rock Creek Park and in a nice safe feeling area of greater DC/MD.

Great property, just as listed. We had two adults and four children, and had plenty of space for everyone. The complimentary water bottles, juice, and fruit were an extra kind touch. We did have to drive to the metro station, but there are two very close and we found parking every day without issues. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we never heard the other residents who were renting the attached units.

We were in DC for a big family event. This was a great location for our crew and very comfortable!

From the hospitality and communication from the hosts to the cleanliness, space, comfort, and all the amenities this location is perfect!!! We were a family of six and had plenty of room and comfort. The metro was so easy to use and get into the city. We use VRBO with all of our vacations, and this was the best experience we have ever had.

This is a 4 plex and near the train tracks so if you are a light sleeper you may be woken on occasion but DO NOT let that stop you from staying here.Beautiful home, very clean, easy access to DC and surrounding areas and very helpful hosts.My elderly parents arrived before us and the host was lovely they said in helping them access the home.Overall great place 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

We visited for a family celebration and the accommodations were well suited for our stay. The host was very accommodating. Although the location is a bit out of the way, it was ok since we ate most of our meals in house.

This was such an amazing last minute find for us! We were visiting DC (the museums were about 35 minutes away but felt like 20) Silver Springs (15 minutes) and Rockville (about 25 minutes felt like 15). The hosts were so kind- we almost cancelled because some travelers were sick and they were accommodating to figure a plan. The hosts also provided a full case of water, bananas, OJ, coffee, milk, and sugar.We were 5 adults and a baby, and this house was very comfortable and we felt safe. I’m saving this rental for future travels to the area. There were also enough towels, pillows, laundry items, soap, shampoo, etc. This rental was spacious, clean, and everything you could need. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house was very nice and clean! Only about 20-25 mins away from DC and college park. The area was very quiet! We had plenty of space for the family and were able to move around without feeling like we were on top of each other!

This house is located close to DC, about a 30 minute drive into the city. The neighborhood seems safe and fairly quiet. When we arrived, the house was very clean. The owners had left basic groceries for breakfast: milk, OJ, cereal, bananas, coffee, tea. This was a nice extra touch. There were also some cookies (which we are) and a bottle of wine (which we didn't drink). The bathrooms were stocked with TP, tissues, soap, shampoo, etc . It was nice to not have to pack all of the paper products and toiletries. This is not a single residence house. The house seems to have 4 apartments. Our entrance was private and we had 2 parking spots. There was some minor noise as you could hear people talking through the walls at night, but overall it was a respectable volume and never late until the night. I would stay here again.

This place was perfect for us, a little larger group with a young child. the place was beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Kitchen is well-stocked and hosts were very available for questions. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed staying in this property! The house was very close to all sorts of attractions in the DMV area. The hosts were very flexible with check in and check out time. I was there with my family, and we enjoyed the house - it was clean, modern, enough space, had a balcony and a great on-site parking space. Will definitely rebook when I am back in maryland.
