Welcome to 225 East Arctic on Folly Beach! This oceanfront location will captivate guests of all ages and up to 2 furry companions (with paid fee). Spacious beachfront single family home with an floor plan and picturesque views of the Folly Beach Fishing Pier. You can stroll down your private walkway to the beach, or walk just 2 blocks to the restaurants and entertainment in the downtown area of Center Street. The kitchen, dining and living area boast an open layout so family and friends can enjoy each other's company.

There are 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on each side of the living area) along with 3 full baths. High quality bedding, linens, and bath towels are provided. Each bedroom has it's own cable TV. This house sleeps 10 comfortably. All family and guests will have enough private parking in the driveway. Spend your vacation with us and enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the spectacular sunrise from your screened porch. Then, when the evening comes, relax to the soothing ocean breezes.

Head to the far east end of Folly, down E. Ashley Ave, to the ¼ mile walking path leading to the picturesque beach to take in the serene view of Morris Island Lighthouse. For other outdoor activities, several local tour companies offer paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and shelling tours, sunset cruises for dolphin watching, as well as surfing lessons.

Historic downtown Charleston is a mere 25 minute drive away with tours, as well as world-class shopping and dining. Neighboring towns of James Island, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant, Isle Of Palms, & Wild Dunes all have something special to offer, whether you are a foodie, into golf, historic sites, or craft brews. Golfing is a popular pass time in the Lowcountry, so you can find several nearby at Stono Ferry, Patriot's Point Links, James Island Community Course, and world-class courses on Kiawah Island.

There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Additional vehicles must find off-street parking where available and follow the City of Folly Beach rules. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

225 East Arctic is strictly non-smoking and is a family vacation rental. Pet friendly with paid fee of $200 plus tax per pet, maximum 2 pets allowed. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, outdoor shower, central heat and air conditioning, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

    Great property with a great screened porch. Worked perfectly for our older children. The house location makes it easy to walk into town but it is also right beside a public access.

    Perfect beachfront location- close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping on Center St. yet nice quiet mornings Two ocean facing bedrooms as well as 2 others.An added plus 250 of beach gear- we got bikes chairs and an umbrella.On a crazy rainy windy day front row viewing of surfers. The screened porch was perfect. There is also an open deck area to catch the sun.Kitchen and grill made eating in very enjoyable.

    Excellent property! Well stocked, very clean with very nice furnishings. Beds were very comfortable with ample pillows and extra blankets. Screened in large porch was very nice!!

    Wonderful home only two blocks away from downtown (easily walkable to avoid the hectic parking situation). The house is exactly as advertised and well maintained. The beds were comfortable though a bit firm, but that is what we like. Moreover, the kitchen has everything one would need if you decide to stay in and cook meals. The house is right next to a public beach access point and parking lot, however, we never felt like the beach was overly crowded with plenty of space available even on busy days. Would highly recommend!

    Great location just a couple blocks from Center Street and all the shops and restaurants...and of course the beachfront views and access were awesome too. Only complaint is that our 4 cruiser bike were stolen, although the were replaced the next day without a hassle. Would definitely stay there again as the 4 bedrooms allowed each of my adult kids and their spouses/SOs to have their own rooms. There was also enough gathering space for us to hangout since the screened in porch was so huge.

    Great location on the beach. Beautiful ocean view from the spacious screened in front porch. The home has a wonderful layout with big bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean. A great family place with a large dining table to fit everyone. The house is walking distance to the pier and downtown restaurants. Also, a short drive to Charleston.

    The house was Clean, well maintained and had easy beach access. It was very nice have everything on one floor and the screened back deck was great for relaxing in the evening. There is public beach access directly beside this rental, so there is extra traffic beside the house and more foot traffic on the beach.
