Sea Breeze has an unbeatable location! Public beach access is just steps away across the street with the conveniences of public restrooms and outdoor showers. Sea Breeze is a short, 2-block walk to Folly Beach's popular Center Street, filled with great options for dining, shopping, andnightlife.

This 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom cottage offers an open-concept living room. The farmhouse dining table seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats an additional 3 guests providing plenty of room for everyone. The first guest bedroom is complete with a King bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (Twin on top and Queen on the bottom) and shares a hallway bathroom with the first bedroom. The main bedroom in the back includes a Queen bed, and a private bathroom with glass shower. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV's.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

There parking for 2 cars.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
Pets considered. All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 plus tax per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (1 pet max, no more than 40 lbs., no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 7 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

22 miles to Charleston Airport.
This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.

    The PM was very accommodating with an early check-in and late check out. When we had fuse box issues with a bathroom it was fixed right away. Beds we comfortable and kitchen was well equiped.Downsides are the master bedroom has no closet, coffee table was very cheap and rickety and the flooring has some damage.Location is great for sunrise walks on the beach and walking into town for coffee, shopping and great restaurants. Super safe neighborhood and minor traffic in November. We will be back!

    House was spotless! And the beds were so comfortable. We had mixed up our stay dates and the company worked with us to get us a house to stay in before our other house became available. This being my bachelorette party it was super important and they made sure everything was special.

    It was a lovely beach house and so close to the ocean! Decor was pleasing. The bedrooms, baths and kitchen were spotless. I gave 4 stars because the rug in the living area and a chair were a bit soiled but I understood how that could happen because we tried very hard not to track in sand ourselves! It was great to be able to walk to shopping and restaurants and will definitely return to Folly Beach.

    Fantastic location! Renovated beach home that’s comfortable. No closest in master bedroom but that wasn’t an issue for us. Nice bathrooms, kitchen, and spaces. Location truly deserves a second mention. It was great! Host never responded to my questions until after I booked.I recommend this rental.

    This house should be torn down,all the money put into it to make it look like a real gut job was a joke, it isn’t stocked well. The floors are warped and coming up! The foundation is all w rotted out as well as parts of the decks. No vacuum cleaner bags for the broken vacuum.couldn’t get into the bed it was so high! Worms in the shower every day, ants in the bathroom! The traffic is terrible around that spot, very disappointing for the amount of money charged. The rain that we had I think leaked through the roof and wall in the living room there was mold and musty smelling the whole time,I just finished my chemo treatments in January and my husband and daughter both suffered a heart attack this year so this was also very unhealthy for us to be renting this property from you. Do you not ever inspect these places?

    This is an ideal location! Beach is 1 block away and the Main Street with aml the shops and restaurants is a very short walk away. The unit has been updated recently and is very nice.

    Place was nicely renovated and well equipped. Access to beach and center of town is excellent. Would be great to have some beach chairs and umbrella. Only complaint was the cushions on the front porch are mildew and in need of replacement.

    The perfect place to stay when at Folly Beach. Home was clean, well decorated, and had plenty of space. The rental company was in good communication my entire stay. Most things we wanted to do were in walking distance, especially food, drinks and shopping. Really close to the beach! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

    This property is a short few minutes walk from all the shops and food on Center street. The views of the ocean from the front porch were a favorite with coffee in the morning. The shaded back porch was relaxing in the evening. Beds were comfortable. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a week in Folly.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach. The location was great, across the street from the beach and close to Charleston. The house was perfect for our group of five, clean, well stocked with comfortable beds. The management company was friendly and quickly responded to any requests. We would definitely stay here again.

    Location was great except the closest beach access was closed our whole stay due to beach renourishment (which was already supposed to have been completed and was not listed on the Folly Beach website). The next closest access wasn't a long walk, just not what we expected. Inside of house was cute and clean, and the perfect size for 3 women on a girls' trip. We didn't cook but kitchen was well-appointed if we'd wanted to. Outside badly needs some TLC---lots of peeling paint and a generally run-down appearance. Easily walkable to Center Street--no need to drive anywhere!

    This house was perfect for our party of five. It has the best and easiest beach access. Close (a couple blocks) walk to all restaurants and shops. Plenty of parking for our multiple cars & golf cart we rented. The kids loved the back play/swing area. My only suggestion would be more blankets for hanging out in the living room when watching TV at night. We will definitely book again.

    Steps away from everything you need in Folly! Excellent communication with property manager. A few dirty dishes were found in the cabinets that had not been washed but, otherwise, unit was very clean. Front deck could use a little TLC but we enjoyed the view and the neighborhood.

    Loved how close this house was to the beach and how easy it was to walk into town. Fit 6 adults comfortably and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Only suggestion would be to include beach towels with the property, given how close this was to the beach we were a bit surprised that beach towels were not available at the house.
